    terrible game. alabama's offense is bad and can't score. they don't deserve to be in a championship game. it's not the yale and harvard in the 1920s.

    Bama's schedule is pretty weak this year cause the SEC is so top heavy



    they have no more games against good teams to prove themselves - It's gonna be very hard to put them over Boise/Okst/Stanford

    oregon scored like 20 something i think, and even west virginia scored around that much. a team that can't score against LSU doesn't not deserve another chance.

    By losing Alabama wont play in the SEC title game, they lost on their own field, so why should they just go to the BCS title game and get a rematch with LSU if LSU beats Georgia in the SEC title game.

    You guys are ******* nuts, this WAS the best game of the year and these are the two best teams in the country. Unfortunately, there won't be a rematch because a team that does not win its own conference should not be playing for a national title. It will be LSU vs. Stanford, LSU will be -6 and win by 14+.

    I agree totally and I said as much in my post right before yours. But the guys that are advocating for a rematch just want to see the REAL two best teams in the country in the NCG, which is what the BCS's job was thought to be, so I could see their point. But like I said, while I agree that these are the two best teams, I disagree that they should meet again when only one could be a conference winner.

    This is the only legit argument but this is the system that we're given so ya gotta make the best of it. Okie St will get throttled by OU and Stanford should be okay but who knows. Aside from Stanford winning out Bama is ABSOLUTELY the best one loss team in the country.

    If that happens, it will be Boise whether you like it or not. And Boise is ranked higher than Oklahoma State on Sag Ratings, so they would be the smaller dog.

    An undefeated Boise would be ranked higher on the BCS Standings than Alabama. And like I have said several times, I agree that LSU and Bama are the two best teams in the country BUT there is no way a team that did not win its conference (Bama) should play for a national title.
