    Best Two Team Parlay for FIU v Ark St.

    What do you think? I know there is another thread about this game tonight, but I would like to see one that only deals with a parlay pick. What effect will the weather have on the scoring?

    I am thinking Ark St. -3 and Over as it keeps going down... But, I am not sure how the windy weather will effect the total. Not loked in on this one yet, but feeling it so far.
