    Utep put up 24 on USF i think they can manage to put up at least 30 here in a shoot out .

    Over looks solid. Houston and Utep are both pass heavy teams so the clock should be slow moving, and both teams passing defenses have opponent passer ratings against of 129 or higher against very mediocre overall opponents.

    blew a 4 team $300 parlay with over 66, utep + 16.5, pitt +3, and freakin UNDER 50.5...otherwise would have been a monsterous night..still this makes up for the red sox disaster so im happy!
