A couple things...Boise State right now is a much better football team than Ohio State. Also, Toledo is sky high after hanging with and almost beating Ohio State. Boise brings them back to reality tonight. Boise -20.5.

You also have to remember that to be taken seriously, Boise has to continually run the score up on lesser opponents. If the game is in hand in the 4th quarter between Toledo and an Alabama and its a 20 points game, Alabama will stop scoring. Boise doesn't have that luxury, they need to keep on scoring. That may play into this game tonight.

Boise is looking to impress the voters since that is their only hope to get to the national title game with that soft schedule of their's. They will look to pound Toledo tonight since the public is kind of high on them at the moment after their near victory over Ohio State last week. It's either Boise or a no play in my opinion.

yes boise will probably be in 40-50 range. This team always will run up points they have to. Ohio state playing toledo is let down central. Boise is used to playing teams like toledo. They will pound the hell out of this team. I watched them against georgia and damn this offense is complete. i honestly think the game will be 45-7 or in that range.

I stayed away from the game mainly because I couldn't make a reasonable assumtion on what I have seen so far.

A: Boise is a really good team and they did handle Georgia. However Georgia while a decent team is not an elite team. Not that what Boise did wasn't impressive though.

B: Toledo stepped up and played a great game last week and some may even thought they actually should have won or at least had a real chance in the end. However, how much of that was attributed to Ohio St having a run-thru-the-motion type effort due to who they were playing at the time and who they were playing this week?

In order for me to make a play I would have to feel I had a good handle on those questions and I don't so I stayed away.

Already mentioned in this thread is the NEED for Boise to win and win impressively each and every game. Need doesn't always equate to ability but I think in Boise's case we have seen they have the ability. Which begs the question, does Toledo have the capacity to match that ability?
