As for the Navy game, NIU has more to play for, is solidly improving at throwing the ball, and is better defensively than last year. I like them at home in this spot as Navy looks ahead to Army and already has a bowl game locked-up.

Navy had a terrible defense, and runs the option.
NIU has a good d and also likes to run but has the ability to pass.
