    Jackpotgrand.eu: Can I trust them?

I want to make a deposit so I can claim a no deposit bonus which I completed the roll over on. They say they require a deposit first so I will be registerred. This is my most recent online chat:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Russell '
Russell : Welcome to Jackpot Grand, this is Russell Can you provide me with your User Name and how may I assist you?
    Russell : Hello Ray
    Russell : Sorry, Rey
Rey: Hi. Why did someone on live chat tell me that you guys are based on the British Virgin Islands and then my bank is telling me that the charge is going to Azerbaijan?
Your chat transcript will be sent to wutangxxx@yahoo.com at the end of your chat.
Russell : We are located in the BVI, Rey, the charges you see are made that way because some of our cliets want to have their privacy protected
Rey: It's just that my bank also tells me that Azerbaijan is on their fraud country list so you can see why I would want an explanation.
Russell : Of course, and it's good that you asked too
Russell : I feel better that I've been able to explain this to you
Rey: Also, I should let you know that banks find it suspicious when you charge different amounts like $21.12 then $21.11.
Russell : I'll make sure to forward that, thanks for your feedback
Rey: Why would putting Azerbaijan on the bank statement be better for privacy though?
Russell : It's all a matter of changing the country and name of the firm the money is going into
Rey: So the money is going to someone in Azerbaijan then initially?
    Russell : Not at all
Rey: So the charge is going to BVI? How are you able to have the bank statement have the country as Azerbaijan then?
Russell : I don't know, I can find that out and email you an answer
    Rey: Sure. Thanks.
Russell : Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?
Rey: You guys are licensed where?
Russell : what do you mean?
Rey: Is jackpotgrand.eu a licensed casino?
Rey: Just new to this casino so I have questions. I hope you understand.
Russell : we're an online casino, and you can look us up online
    Russell : Of course
Russell : we're registered as a Real Time Gaming (RTG) Casino
Rey: I understand that. But my question is are you guys a licensed casino. You are licensed by the government of BVI?

I'm still waiting on the chat now. Anybody know anything about this casino?

All i got was that its only been in operation since 2013, i.e a mater of weeks.
Im not an expert in Casino sites, but from my understanding Real Time Gaming is software that sites use. It probably means the games are "fair" but that wont mean that the company is legit.
But I really dont know, the fact they have a live chat and the guy didnt hang up is good i guess. Im not going on the site because its not been tested by my anti virus, but thats probably because its a new site.
