Will i get my money back for this?

Last month i deposited at heritage and then proceeded to lose all of my deposit in the casino. I then proceeded to go into live chat and ask they remove casino access from my account. Last night, i deposited again. I won a couple bets, and opened the casino. Access was open so i played and lost it all. We are not talking about a lot of money here. I never went into chat for them to open casino. Do you think they will refund me the money i lost in casino?

    No.

Why are you clicking the casino tab anyways if you requested it to be closed?

Actually yes my guess is Heritage will refund his money if his story is true. He asked to be excluded (most likely because he does not have the willpower to stay out of the casino) thus he should have never been allowed in.

I think that's why he wanted it closed... So he wouldn't be able to go in there even if he tried

In Canada, if you request to be barred from a casino, they have to do everything within reasonable limits to keep you from playing there.

I assume unregulated offshore casinos don't have this similar feature. Too bad really because their crooked casinos can bankrupt you in minutes if you don't have the willpower (like the OP doesn't).

True story here in Cali too. I read a story a couple months ago of a guy who actually banned himself from a casino like 5 years ago. He was suppose to be banned or 2 years. After the two years u can take yourself off the list but have to fill out paperwork and then it will be approved within 24 hours. Well 5 years pass and the dude doesn't even think about the ban since it is way past his two years. He doesn't remember he has to file to un-ban himself though. So anyways to make a long story short, dude hits a royal flush on Caribbean stud for like $200,000 and did he get it? Nope not a penny because he wasn't suppose to be playing there. He fought it and all he won was a big ass debt for his lawyer fee's. Some bullshit huh?

This is not a 100% obvious decision I believe.

The question is, that did the bookie confirm for you, that they disabled the option? Or they just wrote, they WILL disable it?

Op needs help with gambling addiction, this is sure. But these self-exclusion options are exactly for those bettors, who know this about themselves. And if a bookie confirmed the disabling of the casino, and THAN allowed to play the player with the same account, I believe they made a mistake, and the player should receive his cash back.....because self-exclusion should be taken VERY STRICTLY from the side of bookmakers....

OP deserves to get nothing back

guy was probably trying to freeroll heritage which i do not like b/c i have a substantial balance there

guy had 2 possible scenarios in mind here

1 - OP wins in the casino and then does not say anything

2 - OP loses in casino and then cries that he should not have been allowed to play in the first place and demands his money back\

    fuk that shit

I feel for you I had a good run one week up 4k lost in all in the casino in 3 hrs. I was devastated I've promised myself I'd never put myself though that again. Back in 1995 or so they would let you win but now days you are just giving ur money back. Gl in some self control it's hard.

Dude, I just lost 11,000 points in the SBR casino. That's like, 55 pizzas!

You don't see me whining and complaining, putting the onus on SBR to give me my points back that they clearly cheated me out of with their rigged system!

You could learn a lot from me.

Online casino is very addictive. But aren't you the same guy who was begging for money not too long ago on one of the SBR forums? It seems like you have a gambling problem with even sportsbooks and not just online casinos. If I were you , I would block myself from all gambling. Also, change that avatar. It makes you look every bit of the crybaby you come across as.
