    Andre Ward vs. Allan Green

    Just saw in the SBR book they have Ward as a +475 underdog, I'm guessing that's a mistake... He should be the favorite by far in this fight. Anyway, really looking forward to this one. Should be a great fight. I got Ward by KO in the later rounds, (10, 11 or 12).

    Dam, they have Ward at +525 now? How can they change it and not realize it's wrong? As bruce_outside said, the lowest i've seen him anywhere else is -600... I'm guessing as soon as the fights over and Ward wins they'll say that it was a mistake and cancel all bets on him?

    They just canceled it... I'm sure this thread didn't help. I can't complain as the points were free, but it does suck that online books can just cancel bets at their discretion. In Vegas it's illegal to do that.

    Better place to bet boxing than Bodog? Who has the earliest lines? ****ing Bodog didn't post odds until LAST NIGHT and naturally Ward was something like -1000 by then. Green was +600 for sure.

    Bet365 usually post earlier, but the vig is large. Still a good option.
    Pinnacle has very few lines, only in big fights. But it has them well before the fight, and you can´t beat their juice.
    5dimes has good lines, usually 2 days before the fight and some props.
    The greek is similar to 5dimes, but higher limits and few/no props.

    Gary Shaw, Taylor's promoter, dropped him out of health concerns after Taylor's loss to Arthur Abraham. A short while afterward, Taylor agreed to drop out of the Super Six tourney, but has not completely ruled out a return to the ring. Personally, I think he's a favorite to never fight again.

    Sounding like 5dimes, as I require props for boxing and live in the U.S. Would you say the props there are as good/plentiful as bodog?

    Yeah mine was cancelled in the SBR book since i nabbed ward at +535. Kinda was expecting it though. All in all i ended up down a few units. (I had Ward by KO or TKO) I think it was still good bet though cuz Ward definently had his chance's to stop green late. Oh well, gonna hafta cash in in round 3 of the super six tourny. Early Picks for stage 3 of the tourny, Ward over Dirrel via points, Kessler over Green via points, and Abraham over Froch via points as well. Will have a new thread for it when it comes closer to the fights as I believe they are in September sometime...

    I didn't see it, but on boxing forums people were ripping Ward for his boring style... Ward is definitely capable of putting on exciting fights, but from what I read he was more interested in coming inside, throwing a couple shots and then clinching.

    I think ward is with the two wins he may have like 4 points and abraham is second even though he lost becasue he ktfo taylor and got 3 points. Evertone else has two expect for Green who has none.

    Ward looked very good, but some people now are heralding him as one of the best P4P. He whopped a fighter a class below, the next fight vs. Dirrell will tell us how good is he. Of course, it will be a boring fight to watch.
