    I'm confused

As I always say, overall I'm still relatively new to MMA etc.

Based on Holland's last fight, where he slammed a guy down and it was stopped, that was a technical submission win.

Rua tapped when getting punched, it was stopped, but that's a TKO? He tapped?

They were both TKOs. Typically, submissions to strikes or injuries are graded as TKOs.

The app I use for sports (Score, or "The Score") showed Holland's as a TS win. And DraftKings graded my bet on Holland winning by KO/TKO/DQ as a loss as well.

And the UFC page of Holland shows his win as a sub.

Scream in pain = verbal submission.

    Tapping to strikes = tko.

Tyron Woodley's last fight would be verbal submission using that criteria, its not consistent.

It was PointsBet NJ I bet it with, and have been live chatting. They stick by "submission" for the win.

Wiki shows Holland TKO, UFC page shows Holland by sub.

Wiki Rua shows "TKO (submission to punches) and UFC page shows TKO.

Sucks for me, I guess. Also had Craig by sub/points and he TKOs the f'in guy.
