Never seen any of these guys fight. I don't have a lot of time to do research. Anyone seen these guys? Maybe do the ol parlay all the favorites trick?

Hope you didn't parlay favorites because almost all of them lost except for Gravely (who ended up being a favorite at the end).

I took some Watley at +190 but just a couple of minutes before the fight started, Moises was slammed to -400 and Watley +290. Watley won.

The odds on regional shows continues to be value city. Too bad it's so hard to find tape on some of these guys.

yea, I did put a small bet parlaying the favorites. Pretty incredible that they all lost. This reminds me that I should never, ever, bet on a favorite just because he's a favorite. If I have no knowledge of either team, then I'd be better off betting on the dog.

I keep telling myself the same and still can't control my monkey brain well enough to follow my own advice. This is particularly a problem after I've had a good run doing good capping. At least in the past, I'll squander winnings by letting it ride on pure gamble plays or on heavy chalk playing favorites. So I definitely know how that goes. Lately I've been a bit more disciplined by tracking my capping and confidence level. Something about having to put down a confidence level of "0" on a spreadsheet is a real deterrent.

Another thing that's stopping me from betting in bad spots lately is just realizing how many events there are to play. I think I played 4 different events in a week last week. It's crazy how many opportunities we have to bet on mma nowadays. Used to have to wait months for a UFC/Pride/K-1 event years ago.

I wasn't around and didn't see this thread.. Did play the last 2 fights... Didn't even get to see the fights.. I was foolish to take Keith Richardson as I thought he would be more technical and get the sub.. Boy was I wrong.. The short call up notice I didn't take into consideration either...

    $100.00 $115.00 Loss 7/21/17 9:00pm AXS Fighting 3102 Keith Richardson +115* vs Tony Gravely

Did like the dog in the main... Watley more athletic better boxer and striker...

    $100.00 $190.00 Win 7/21/17 9:00pm AXS Fighting 3001 Robert Watley +190* vs Thiago Moises

Won $90.00 on the night ... Sorry I missed this thread...

Me and you seem to think alike. I thought Richardson looked good in the scant tape I saw too. If I knew that Gravely was coming in on short notice, I would've put a bet down (good thing I didn't find out until later). Ended up just playing Watley but never thought it'd be so one-sided. I think Moises' injuries and surgeries really took a lot out of him.
