There it is. He gets the choke. He needed that. He even looked real good with the striking round 3. I didn't document it here but played the over and Weidman both small so that was perfect for me. Had a small loss with posted plays, but managed a small profit on the whole. That card felt like a loooong journey. I don't know about you guys but I could use more of the Tuesday night cards with 4-5 fights. This 13 fight card was too much.

Weidman getting a little carried away in this interview. "I'm the champ and everyone knows it!" Are you though? He's calling out Bisping when the guy who stopped him and took his belt is sitting right there in the building. And don't forget Bobby Knuckles... Good fight Weidman but slow down buddy.

    Good -160, 1.6u
    Anders -125, 1.25u
    LaFlare by decision -110, 1.1u
    Almeida +160, .66u
    Bochniak +215, .66u

So many fights, but so few good opportunities IMO. Good luck everyone.

Added o1.5 in this Burgos/Pepey fight for 1u. Not confident about getting through half this next round... Burgos is lighting him up.
Card total: 2-4, -1.82u (the Burgos/Pepey over was +120. Forgot to list that.)

    YTD: 68-56, +16.9u

Conor McGregor hasn't fought in MMA in forever, but he's still fought more recently than Luke Rockhold has. Not sure what's up with Rockhold but he might not be coming back anytime soon.

With Robert Whittaker out on injury, Weidman could step in to fight Bisping.

They just announced tonight that Rockhold will fight David Branch in September.

Weidman is the only MW ranked in the top 5, coming off a win, who isn't injured.

I would guess it'll be Weidman or GSP.

GSP injured his eye and said he'll be out until november.

How long is Whittaker gonna be out? I saw it was a sprain.

I don't know how you can have a champ and an interim champ and not have the two of them fight next. That has to happen.

Well this event ended up being a disaster for me in the end.. Lost first 4 fights to start the card, battled back to about even money with 2 fights to go, then lost the last two fights.. Lost a tiny bit with Elkins and had to live bet (Elkins straight live) just to hedge out of the Burmudez decision prop to not get slaughtered.. Survived that then loaded up on Gas and lost...

End result down $450 on Dimes and lost the event.. ... It happens.. I was due... I have a bad event every 3 or 4 months on average or so and this was it..

Hats off to Chris Weidman as again he was game like in the Romero fight.. Gas had no answer for his wrestling and Jits... Gas was getting the better of Chris Weidman standing and even dropped him but once the fight got into clinch or wrestling range it was all CW... Is Chris Weidman back now, maybe?

Sucks, knee injuries like this can be fixed though.. He'll be back in and fighting within 6 months top..

It's amazing that he was able to hang in there with that and beat Romero.. That injury happened in the first round... Whittaker is a stud..

Is there a single MW contender that you guys think Bisping will actually beat? He's loving all these injuries and confusion. Just prolonging his stint as paper champ.

Bisping days are numbered.. I don't think he can beat anyone in the top 10 now.. I don't even think Bisping can beat an in shape Anderson Silva in a rematch..

Bisping definitely isn't the best 85er in the world but he's easily top 10 still.. saying he wouldn't beat anybody in the top 10 is a stretch lol .. I actually think he'd have a great shot against Romero

The top 10 are all good fighters at 185.. I don't think Bisping can beat Romero either..

Maybe Bisping could beat Derek Brunson at #10 but I still don't think so..

Romero or Brunson would be Bispings best chances for a win though.. I agree Fire...

Yeah especially since he keeps winning. Also can take a beating and still win 5 round fights.

id actually like to see Weidman vs Bisping... No doubt weidman could get bisping down , but bisping is super tough to hold down and if weidman started to fade late he could get in some trouble... I think it would be a much better fight then some people think

Bisping for sure isnt the best 185er imo or even top 3 but hes getting underrated lately, guys always been in the top 10 and has some solid wins... super crisp boxing and is extremely tough with really underrated TDD

Went 5-0 on one book ^ hitting Oliveira, Burgos, Kennedy, Sherman and Cummins.

Went all in Timothy Johnson on the other book & got smashed.

Should have been a good event for me but going too heavy & being greedy cost me.

Trying out onehash after nitro didn't get UFC odds up in time for the prev UFC event. Their system isn't as good as I thought it might be.

    Haven't tried to withdraw yet.

I lost badly too. My biggest bets, Johnson and Kelleher lost. Then I chased my losses by betting more on Gastellum. I was humbled big time. Don't know why I was so confident on Gas. Gas lost to Magny, a smaller version of Weidman. I've been through worse, I can claw back after this. I just need to put more time in, watch more fights, do more research.

How did you fair with this event Hugo? I hope you did better then me buddy...

We usually think the same but I hope you thought different with this event..

I really was second guessing that main event up until the last minute.. I just decided to go with Gas because he was winning fights and CW was losing fights.. The level of competition both were facing was night and day and that's why I thought Weidman might get this maybe.. Gas the younger and up and coming fighter I ended up going with.. BIG MISTAKE!!!!

Looking forward to the big event next weekend!!! This event was a bit tricky...

I gotta agree.. Weidman is nothing like Magny.. Magny is a stand up based fighter first, Weidman more of ground wrestling based fighter these days.. Complete opposites..
