in USA id say 90% chance Nate gets the decision.. it was a pretty obvious call imo

chad has great hands imo, huge power for 145... guys top 5 still in the division for me....
hopefully they give a fringe top 10 guy to warm up and ill be on him big

him vs cub swanson or ricardo lamas would be a sweet fight but those will be tougher top 5 fights.. could see him winning either though imo if his heads on straight.. think hell be super hungry to get back into the octagon

Too short, mini Mendes gets exposed standing everytime against the real deals especially if he can't get the fight to the ground. His gas tank and heart is questionable as well.. Will fade and you should as well.

forgot actually Mendes kod Lamas first round and he beat Swanson by decision before
hes beat basically the whole division... Stood toe to toe with a prime Aldo for 5 rounds in one of the best fights ive ever seen
cannot be taken down pretty much, and has huge power , superemely athletic as well

hes on a bad streak but he took the mcgregor fight on 2 weeks notice and mcgregor is a friggen beast 155 champ whos way bigger then mendes and Edgar is easily top 3 145er who caught him on the chin.. hes finished plenty of guys on the feet as well

lets see who he gets matched up with we can do a betpoints wager for fun if the matchup is right?

Lamas and Swanson aren't the very top of the food chain IMO, Swanson always gets beat by strong wrestlers..

Sure I'll wager with you.. Still trying to get my bet points back up.. Working on that now... I'm fading Chad for sure, his chin is suspect..

145 is a ghost of its former self without King Conor holding it down.

Conor basically threw the 145 lb belt into a trash can & said whoever takes the belt after him is a garbage picker.

Artem Lobov should also be ranked higher.

Artem fought the #4 ranked FW.

    He won the 1st round.

In the 2 frame Artem got taken down & gased his arms out defending a choke/getting back to his feet.

If not for that, the fight could have been much closer.

There are a few things Artem needs to work on and he'll be solid top 10, top 15 imo.

He can bang. Only needs to be more confident in his grappling/jiu jitsu game.

    13-13 record
beat one even slightly decent guy in the UFC
was a punching bag against Swanson he had one solid round in rd 1... doesnt mean much
id be extremely shocked if he ever cracked top 15.... wouldnt be surprised to see him outta the UFC soon, only reason hell stick around for a bit because hes mcgregors best friend

lol you sound like one of those haters that said Donald Trump would never beat Hillary, the falcons are "90% guaranteed" of beating the patriots and russia "h4xed" the elections.

Try looking on the bright side for a change mr doom and gloom.

What are you talking about lol... saying a persons factual record is hating
I've literally never heard one person in my entire life of talking mma say artem lobov is a potential top 10-15
    talent in the UFC

thats the go to response of somebody who knows they lost a debate / discussion these days "you're a hater, you're a racist , you're a feminist " you literally give 0 facts to why artem could be a top 15 fighter you said he got a takedown in a 25 minute fight where he got unanimous decisioned and looked like a human punching bag lol... I agreed he's improving but improving from a guy who lost his TUF prelim on a terrible season isn't much to say

It's pretty obvious he just wings punches and hopes they land he has a solid chin that'll deteriorate eventually and he'll be a regional scene bum ... not to hard to see

I enjoy watching guys succeed and evolve in the game but I cannot see it happening for artem lobov especially at 145 where talent is always coming in , he's to slow for the division and to small for 155

Artem doesn't have the best record or the most well rounded game.

What he does have that a lot of you are missing is: BALLS.

How are you going to root against one of the few fighters in the UFC today who is a real fighter that would fight anyone @ anytime, that doesn't whine and complain like an old lady?

Lobov is russian. Russians know how to deal with immigrants & protect their people.

Pearson is british. Most brits are atheists whose personal fantasy is being fkd in the ass by their government.

That's why brits open their borders to foreigners who want to rape and murder their women. They worship the state in blind faith and react like someone pissed on the koran if you dare to question the things their government deity says.

Big difference between the two, yo.

Agreed.. Artem while tough as nails, too slow, to methodical, and he sucks..He will continue to lose fights by decision to anyone with half way decent boxing and good footwork.
