Zombie is an awesome dude. I was on my duty in Korea and paid a visit to his gym right after his fight vs Aldo when he separated his shoulder. He was in a sling and still was cool to pose and sign a few KZ shirts I bought in his gym. So glad to see him win yesterday. Yeah, in between his last fight before entering the military, had major life events. Got married and 2 kids before making his return. Hard not to like KZ. Rise Back!!! That win will bring the UFC back to Seoul!! Rise Up!!!

Korean BBQ in LA Koreatown is one of the best meals you can eat anywhere (and probably better than in Seoul, surprisngly). If you haven't been, go to Genwa, Quarters, Kang-Ho-Dong!

    Meanwhile in north korea.

Capitalism in south korea seems to have done a lot more than socialism did for north koreans.

Yep, been there.. Lol.. Good post man.. Korean BBQ is the bombay!! .. My buddy dragged me there in the past and it's good stuff.

Brazilian BBQ is the best though IMO if you are a meat lover, like good side dishes and wanna keep it healthy and get your protein on.....

Ever get the chance hit the Grove up in Hollywood and try Pampas Brazilian Grill. Can't be beat as it is pound for pound the best grub to eat in LA, California IMO... I cook at home mostly but if I go out I go there..

Super disappointing performance for me with a 19.76u loss. This was very much a tale of two cards with the first half being great for me and the second being absolutely horrendous. Won on Torres Decision + Torres -3.5, Ramos ML + Decision, Skelly Submission, Blaydes ITD + Round 2, and Live Betting. Lost on Morono, Andrade Under, Hamilton -3.5, OSP Under, Trujillo, Grasso, Bermudez, Straight Parlays, Prop Parlays, and Full Card Props. The lost really stings as I watched 112 fights in my tape study for this card and was confident with my picks. The Grasso loss was especially frustruating as she has dominated better opponents with similar styles but just refused to pull the trigger against Herrig. On the bright side, my live betting is improving and I didn't chase at all despite the string of terrible results in the second half of the card. For Draftkings, I cashed my Tournament lineup but not the Double Up lineup. I also had several exact picks in the first half of the card. Nothing to do but shrug it off and get back to work. On to the next.

Just hit up Korea town here in LA there is like 40 different joints that serve Korean BBQ.. They are all over the place.. ... Most are good..

Fatty meats though with Korean BBQ.. Delicious though.... That's why I mentioned Brazilian BBQ grills for lean protein.. Both still very delicious IMO...
