Woodley had not fought in a year and a half. Now to his credit he was supposed to fight Johnny boy but...
So Woodley waits it out and lands 1 clean shot and takes out Lawler.
Imo he does not have the clout to call any shots. !st of all he could have made HIMSELF a draw. Instead he watns a big payday using someone elses name. I get the money aspect but it will set a poor precedent and we might as well throw the rankings out the window.
Wonderbread (had to say that) deserves the next shot.
Matchups make fights and I can see Diaz beating Woodley and Lawler. I don't see Nick beating Wonderboy. But he also hasn't fought in a long time or won a fight in a while.
If WB doesn't get it we will have issues in the futrure with fighters trying to call the shots.
