A strange trend that I noticed over the years watching Belfort.
He is undefeated when fighting in Brazil. 6-0. Possibly from his past TRT use.
    Will this trend continue?

Belfort might be worth a KO prop try.. Those odds will probably be +350 or so.. A good hedge to consider if you're on Jacare anyways..

I think Jacare probably wins but wouldn't be shocked if Vitor comes out swinging and catches him with a big kick in the first before finishing with strikes.

I agree, but Belfort will come out swinging and just maybe he has a slight punchers chance early on.. We did see Jacare get knocked silly and wobbled badly against Romero in his last fight..

Jacare is 36 years old and he's no young pup himself.. Taking Belfort for either the 1st round finish or by KO is probably just throwing money down the drain though I agree.

Romero is a diff animal IMO...his ground game is too good and Belfort is fading fast....it will look like Weidman Belfort all over...

I know, Belfort also looked juiced in both of those gifs..

I'm sure Jacare takes down Belfort in no time and then the fight shortly ends after by Sub or pound out..

I think I'm gonna wait til Weigh-ins to see if Belfort looks jacked though..If he's sagging and looking like he's off the PED's I'm taking Jacare first round finish at +140..

As it stands right now Jacare ITD is -178... Was hoping for better odds..

Still that insurance at +400 might be worth just the cover on the Jacare plays..
    1129 Belfort wins by TKO/KO +400

I think that's smart. Is it possible that Vitor could be back on the juice since the fight is in Brazil?

Silva is down to -120 vs Hall.

I pounded the Belfort vs Souza not going the 3 round distance at -225. It's now at -485.

Best card of the year coming up.

Why am I really liking Hall over the Spider at even money..

Maybe because Anderson Silva is old, chin is shot, looked like shiiit against Bisping perhaps

Allzzz that I know is Spider is facing a young hungry buck in Urijah Hall that does have KO power and a pretty good chin. http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Uriah-Hall-14210

Hall is gonna KO Silva I think.. Retire him..

The silva vs. uriah hall fight makes sense bc they are both such dynamic strikers. I think vitor is the best bet on the card though.

Nate Marquart might have a shot in this fight..

Little Nog could KO Cummings as well if he doesn't get grapple focked..

Also think Stipe has a solid chance at beating Werdum on the feet, Werdum is not taking down Stipe and this will be a striking match.. Stipe can bang..

I'm leaning Hall or no bet but I do have Hall in a couple Parlays. Hall doesn't like to be pressured and Anderson will not pressure him. This will be 2 dynamic strikers throwing their techniques. I think Hall is the faster and more explosive fighter at this point. I don't see this fight hitting the ground either. Bisping rocked Anderson. If Hall clips him it could spell the end. Hopefully Hall doesn't get caught up in the antics cause I can see Anderson clowning again and Hall gets emotional.

The UFC Countdown show is available now. Vitor looks smooth not big and/or ripped.

They are going to fill a 40,000 seat stadium Saturday night and the Brazilians go nuts. The excitement should be incredible.

How can they hand it to him if he's knocked out cold by Hall before the final bell?

Hall needs the win after coming off that decision loss to Whittaker in his last fight.. I expect to see a hungry and determined Hall in this fight.. I'm taking the younger striker with the better chin.. http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Uriah-Hall-14210

Cory Anderson vs Shogun is an interesting bout to try and break down.. Cory Anderson really hasn't faced a top fighter yet. Shogun may certainly be past his prime though.. http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Corey-Anderson-171723

Anyways, Shogun certainly has a punchers chance in this one.. Cory Anderson did have his hands full with Lawler in his last fight that went to decision. Shogun in Brazil is a scary test even for Anderson..

Thinking about trying Shogun as the dog at these odds....

UFC 198 - Light Heavyweight 3 rounds - Arena da Baixada - Curitiba, Brazil - PPV
    Sat 5/14 1401 Mauricio Rua +200 o2½ -185
    10:00PM 1402 Corey Anderson -240 u2½ +160

I'm betting on Young Anderson Silva "Uriah Hall" +100 to defeat Old Anderson Silva "Anderson Silva".
