    Guy had a torn rotator cuff

    He didnt report this injury to me prior to me paying $100 for his fight under the assumption he would be fighting with 2 good arms

    LAS VEGAS -- Manny Pacquiao is being named in a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas on Tuesday morning. The suit seeks damages because Pacquiao failed to disclose his shoulder injury before the fight with Floyd Mayweather.
    The potential class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of Staphane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran who live in Clark County.
    According to the suit, the plaintiffs relied on misrepresentations and non-disclosures when purchasing tickets or pay per view showings and wagering on the Mayweather - Pacquiao fight. They are seeking as much as $5 million in damages.
    The suit also names Bob Arum, Top Rank Inc., Michael Koncz, Todd Duboef and possible unknown defendants.

    No need to pay 100 in the first place, fight was streamed free at some sites. Granted more sites claimed to be "down" than usual, but quite a few were still available.

    The buying public are a bunch of Lemmings. A year from now, people will still be singing a tune that they won't get duped again. BUT then the media will show Pacman working out, determined for revenge. How this lost changed his life, that he lost respect for himself and disgraced his country. That this time he must win for his life, his dignity, his family after getting death threats, yada yada. People will wait until the last minute and then sheepishly buy because no one wants to not see the unexpected. Who knows, maybe he will finally do what no one else had done. Kick Mayweathers ass. People will still pay to watch. We all want to see a fight, even if it's the road runner vs bugs bunny. We love to see train wrecks, car accidents and guys getting knocked out. Even if there's a slim chance we want to at least be able to say that we saw it happen.
