    Larkin Vs Brunson

People still on the hype of that bum Larkin? Even after Brunson went 3 rounds with Romero and looked good up until he got caught.

This fight has some massive variables, don't see how you could be particularly confident either way.

Why did he lose to Philippou and Tavares, and how is Brunson different to those guys?

Not sure what your getting at Phillippou knocked him the F out standing and Taveres was more well rounded.

Won money on dog Taveres, Won money on dog Costa, not betting this fight but wont be surprised if Brunson wins. a can is a can. not sure if its black genes or his catchy name that is mesmorizing people. definitely not his fighting style or fights.

And V the Lawler of today would TKO Larkin 1st round.

I'm not pleading a case for Larkin. I'm on Brunson, but this is a pretty high-variance fight. Couldn't blame anyone for taking Larkin here.

I'm thinking Larkin comes out aggressive as shit and KO's Brunson. He threw some heat at Costa.

I think Larkin will have the speed and striking advantage. All depends on if Brunson can get takedowns. I'm gonna wait and grab Larkin at post.

Your wiki-capping games needs some improvement. Wiki-capping is binary, win/loss, that is all. Whether or not you saw the fight and gleaned what you think is "useful" "information" has no bearing.

Brunson lost to Kendall Grove PERIOD

Larkin claimed he lost to Tavares because he wasn't active and aggressive enough. IMO he tried to overcompensate against Phillipou, a solid striker in his own right. That could have resulted in the knock out. If I were the above poster discounting Larkin based on that defeat and betting Brunson because of it I would look at that. I'm not on either but Larkin does have very good takedown defense and he is the superior striker. Good luck.

Brunson took Romero down. more then once. of course he coudent keep him down because of his strengh but if he can take someone down with his wrestling credentials, do you think he cant take Larkin down?

Im sure he can but Brunson doesn't isn't likely to finish larkin. I doubt he will tko him due to the striking disparity. I don't get the impression he is a submission ace either. This means that he most likely has to win a decision so therefore he more than likely has to land a few takedowns and hold him down for significant amounts of time per takedown. I'm not sure that he can do that. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest and I think that Brunson at even money was probably a solid bet however I thought I would chime in with the little bit of information that I had that could be useful.

Linearly describing Larkin as "the better striker" is lazy 'capping.
