    Yeah I love black mole, its what I used as an inspiration for this salsa - mole poblano, specifically. I also use a variant of it cut with veal stock as a braising liquid to make a beef stew.

    That being said, the numbers do not lie, and you'd be hard pressed to find someone with a better documented record than me over the last 2 months. I think I need to transition into a full blown donation supported webpage, I just need to find some good fonts for it.
