    Mayweather vs Maidana: Special Line Discussion for SBR Sportsbook

    99% of the volume thus far has been on Mayweather at -1000. Maidana at +700 has gotten next to no action.

    How much bigger of an underdog can we set Maidana above the market to actually get a max bet on him? Is there even a number you'd plow down on?

    Madiana is slow and throws wide looping punches...aka he stands no chance against someone like Floyd. All you have to do is look at the Alexander-Madiana fight as proof. Alexander is a very poor mans Mayweather and Marcos couldn't win a single rd off him


    I wouldn't bet Maidana at +3000.

    Agree. Broner had no business at 147 and would have been felled by any decent fighter (sorry Paulie). His defense is suspect and he doesn't throw enough to keep his opponents honest.

    Maidana deserves this fight, but if he tries mauling Floyd like he did Broner, I'd hope for his sake his corner or Tony Weeks stops the fight because I know he won't quit if he can beat the count. Maidana is a true warrior and so was Gatti God rest his soul, and we know how that bout turned out.
