    His first excuse was that he wasn't licensed...that was a lie. He's been licensed since January.

    His second excuse was that he owed the commission a $32,000 fine for his suspension and that he couldn't pay it off so he couldnt fight..that was a lie. Him and the commission worked out a payment plan.

    Finally, one of his trainers said he pulled out cuz he's addicted to pain killers and wouldn't be able to pass a drug test.... Some guys never learn!
