    Who even watches wrestling anymore?

I mean the kids okay I get it...they need a hero and whatnot...but betting on wrestling would mean youve reached a certain age.
Wouldnt it be bad to...you know...just go on?

They usually open at $25 bucks then move to $50 once the bookmakers feel less exposed since we are betting on a predetermined event lol. I was able to get 3 open parlays started since when the line moves you can rebet. I have Bryan -125, -180, -240.

    Already at -300.

I'm interested to see if punk keeps moving, hes at -210 and if he goes to -1000 or more before results start to leak I can see Lesnar possibly being a play at +400.

Its Bryan's time. Now or never, and Cena is dropping the strap to him.

I miss the golden years of the WWF. Million Dollar Man with Virgil, Warrior, Brutus & his barbershop, the list goes on.

I just can't get into the new generation.

I think this PG era, or current version of the product is very weak. They have just 1 guy that puts asses in the seats in Cena. Which is their biggest problem. Not being able to build the next superstars.

Attendance is down for both Raw and Smackdown. Heck, the Smackdown tapings have entire sections tarped off, if you ever attend a taping its pretty embarrassing to see how many empty seats there are.

With Lesnar part time. Rock part time, or done now. Undertaker injured again, but should be ok for his 1 match at wrestlemania. They just do not have a fulltime superstar other than Cena.

Bryan is way over with the fans, but I do not see him being able to be the future of the wwe. The same thing that happened to Punk will happen to him. The workload will physically break him down.

nice to see another pro/anti Cena talk.
Punk is the bookie favorite against Brock though I think Brock takes this to keep their feud going.

Christian is getting a major push since his return.

Christian won a Smackdown triple threat match against Rvd and Orton. This will air on Smackdown next week.

Orton hit an rko on Rvd. Then Christian rolled up Orton for the 1,2,3. To become the challenger for Del Rio at ss.

I think Del Rio is a lock to retain the title. Do not see him dropping the strap to Christian at summerslam.

I expect Wyatt to score a big win over Kane.

Screwjob match will happen with Cena and Bryan. I think Cena loses the strap, especially with his surgically repaired elbow all messed up again.

Del Rio and Christian will have a great match, but Del rio will retain. I think they will continue the angle where Sandow attempts to cash in his contract vs a weakened ADR, with Rhodes interferring and keeping Sandow from getting the strap.

Punk beats Lesnar, maybe via dq

he doesn't draw! Raw has been basd around him for the last two or three weeks, maybe you should go see ratings n see if he is drawing at all, or selling merch.

The new wave of UFC fans are intolerable. There is a level of control within a pro wrestling match that allows for the creation of great moments which could only happen spontaneously in a shoot. If the standard for the merit of something is a natural occurrence than you should apply that same standard to other mediums, thus I don't see how one could enjoy a film knowing it was fiction.

The fact that I can enjoy something like this, see below, doesn't say anything negative about me. Given your reasoning you're just a poser, that definitely says something unflattering about you.

Well I think the REAL drama happened during Sakuraba's MMA matches. LOL. Honestly, no pun intended. But I think I understand where your coming from. I assume because of your avatar that your not a 14 year old kid. So that only leaves the only other reason. Of all the possible videos to choose from you pick the one with some effeminate fruity pants dressed in red & black leather & with a lisp no less. Instead of using this as a vicarious homoerotic release valve. Why don't you just come out of the closet & move on with your life. It's 2013 no one under 50 years of age cares. I'd say your best shot at finding a fellow literary buff would be gay poetry night at your local watering hole.

I think if Bryan win he will be injured after the win and Orton will come out and use MIB and take the title. If Punk beats Lesner we are back to crack head fairy tales again. Christian probably wins and Rhodes will probably win also. Its funny last PPV Fandango was so hot I think he has lost like 9 of his last 10the Wyatts will go about the same way as Fandango there really isnt much wrestling talent there at all so they will build them up then they will get crushed by the shield on another PPV.

Redundant argument that you'll hear boxing fans use to vilify MMA with, you should have come up with something better than that regurgitation. Then again, maybe you couldn't because at the sub-conscious level you're hung up with homo-eroticism. Stop trying to deflect your own homo tendencies queer, I'll take -200 that you've sucked a dick.

Well good Its a taste thing then. I always thought men would eventually see the stupidness of pro-wrestling. Oh the comparison to movies would make sense I guess..except it doesnt due to the added complexity that movies provide which is unreachable for rasslin'.

Hey Dr. Gonzo I was just picking some low hanging fruit. I didn't mean to get your panties all in a bunch. If ya like rasslin that's A OK with me. I'm actually a huge Hunter S. Thompson fan. Here's an old interview from decades ago. Pay attention to how the audience reacts to some of the Hell's Angel's statements. My how the time's have a changed.

I never hear this nonsense out of Pride fans, there's almost zero chance that you were a fan pre the ultimate fighter reality show. In fact you're probably an ex Lesnar fan ashamed of his past.

You claim to love fighting yet you suggest it lacks the complexity for worthwhile simulation? I enjoy the consistent and dramatic selling that this medium allows for. Having control of the struggle for/against moves, ring psychology, and pacing of a match is of great benefit.

You fail to articulate why you dislike wrestling, there's nothing to support the accusations of childness or stupidity. What do you dislike about the aesthetics of pro wrestling? Remember we are talking about the in ring performance not a TV show.

I guess I could understand the point about shoots and whatnot, if this weren't a WWE thread made in 2013. Pro wrestling in the western world is fukking dead, and the business killed itself. Hey if one can make a dime betting on it that's just fine and all but jesus, all these MMA comparisons you're throwing out are silly. Wrestling doesn't even resemble any combat anymore, at least back in the day it was better, and people didn't know any better.

First fight I watched was Cro Cop vs. Randleman 2 (2004)

Well you stated you like having complete control over the in ring action and thats what particularly sucks for me and thats what I will never understand.

It will never reach the greatness of a fighter that struggled (doesnt matter what combat sport) and eventually breaks through; Makes a comeback; Beats the 50:1 favorite...you name it! Its a beautiful sight because its REAL!

Rasslin just plays with the happenings and turns the switch whenever Vince or somebody else feels like it...and you guys cheer it up. Laughable! Actually its pretty penetrating stupid!

Its hard to go against Sacrelicious he knows his stuff here. Says he is on Bryant and kept betting him. After watching Raw I still think Cena wins. He had a bad year last year I think they want him to be huge for the 3 peat vs Rock. I know when the line opens Bryant -100 and goes to -455 then some one is hearing info but man I still like Cena

Cena is rumored to take time off after SS. Thus a Bryan win here would make perfect sense if it wasn't for MItB.

I think Bryan wins a orton cashes in
