    Do you know what you're getting out of Zingano? Her clinch game is world-class and her striking is miles better. If they strike at kickboxing range (which they probably won't), Zingano by head kick KO.

    Tate won round one. Second round, I'd give it to Tate too, but just barely. Funny how the commentators make it sound as if Zingano was up on all judges scorecards and was cruising towards an easy victory. Fact is, she needed a stoppage to win, which she got. Early stoppage? Hard to say, Tate's reaction immediately after the stoppage indicates she was not too happy with it, but it wasn't the worst stoppage I've seen. I was surprised to see Tate not take the Machida approach to fighting in the third round, which would have most likely given her a decision win. Tate definitely has a better overall game than Zingano, better chin, heart, better standup as well, but significantly less overall power.

    Machida approach requires you to be the better fighter.
