JJ has such perfect technique, that skinny little olive-oyl body hits as hard as many 115-pound male pro fighters with much higher muscle mass but an inferior baseball-bat or golf-club swinging technique

think those countless years of muay thai (6 as world champion) may have something to do with it...

if i were "the pouting princess of armbarvia", the champ of the division 20-pounds below me is the only one i'd worry about as a possible threat...not so easy to get your opponent down to your world when you have to deal with a gauntlet of hi-volume, hi-impact striking from every angle...

hit by a woman = hit by a woman

hit by JJ = kicked by a mule

not sure why you pussies feel bad watching that...this is fighting, blood happens. It was a championship fight, gotta leave it all on the table.

Personally, I really enjoy fights like that. I only wish I was watching it in HD

am...notice i said MANY, certainly not most...shoulda' left out the word "pro" tho'...that was stretching it, maybe...point is, tho'...she don't hit like anything you'd expect from a woman...especially a pasty-faced little anorexia out-patient...the expression "she hits like a man" is the first, and best description of the difference between her and those females unlucky enough to get locked in the cage with her...she has as much advantage over her 115#-foes at a distance than Ronda has over her 135#-foes once she's got a solid hold of 'em

perfect muay thai execution...the only woman now that causes serious damage from volume, pinpoint-accurate striking...JJ causes actual damage with strikes...any other women's MMA fight there's little damage from standing strikes (apart from a well-placed/-timed knee)...McMahon's cracked Tate pretty good once, but in general, women's punching/kicking is largely patty-cake point-fighting or takedown-enabling in nature

watch her last few pre-UFC fights and listen to Jens Pulver--never heard him as amazed at anything as just how hard this little woman hits...got me drinkin' the kool-aid early and made me a nice killing on her stomp (as a nice-payout dog) of poor Esparza...

Gadelha the only one that might put a stop to the stompin's...but i fear JJ's TDD has improved too much for the fight to be as competitive as their last split that many thought Gadelha won

^^^That's almost like saying Rhonda Rousey would beat up and out grapple guys like Jose Aldo, Connor McGregor and or Frankie Edgar.. I'd even put my money on the 125 pound Mighty Mouse Johnson in a serious fight against Rhonda Rousey..

Rhonda seems to think she can whoop some pro mma man ass in her weight class, I think she's delusional...http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/0...n_6816204.html

Gadelha needs to get a first round sub, or she get's beat into mush again. The only woman that actually has a chance, is either Grasso or Kush.

You're right wasn't paying close attention with that post.. Still I read Rhonda Rousey walk around weight is near 160...

Regardless, I don't think she can beat any of the male fighters in the UFC in her weight class.. I'd bet against her every time...

I'd like to see a thread start with UFC fight night going down this Saturday night.. Machida vs Romero is an interesting fight to think out..

Machida's been looking old, soft and perhaps he is even losing a step in recent fights, but considering the studs he's been facing in Luke Rockhold and Chris Weidman it's easy to say that.... Romero is a bit of a beast to deal with though.. I'd have to see what Romero looks like PED free at weigh ins to make a final call..

there's going to be a huge speed difference and I'm not sure romero takes him down.
