    Personally, I get everything off newsgroups. Dvd quality, no buffering, no pixelation. I have several terabytes of fights so I can just look everything up at my leisure.

    I must be lucky. Ive downloaded well over 5tb of stuff from bittorrent in the last few years and never had my ISP say anything.

    Yeah I quit with bittorrents/limewire a couple years ago after one of my cousins got busted doing it. Think the chances of anything happening are very slim but knowing my luck it would of been me...especially how carried away I get with downloading music, fight footage, and other things etc...

    Are you in the US? Do you use tor and peerblock or any other safeguards?

    Even if it weren't safety issues, I still prefer newsgroups, you can max out your speed the whole time, you don't have to wait for peers or anything on smaller torrents.

    Plus I use sickbeard to automatically download all my tv shows, and stream them to the tv with tversity, better than a dvr, no commercials ever.

    yeah im in the us. i dont even know what peerblock is but im gonna check that out. i also download from revolutiontt and the speeds are pretty fast.
