    floyd at least fought a healthy 154 oscar.....and it was floyds biggest fight to date at the time...and he decided not to take chances...he should have easily dominated oscar....but he took the safe route....but at least he took a 154 belt at 154 and from a legit champ in that class....and no...there werent many who thought oscar won...he got a gift card....but there werent many, if any, in the media who thought oscar won

    Bobby are we in agreement manny lost by atleast 2 rounds if not more? Any of the close rounds that could have went manny's way I gace to manny and still I seen it marquez the clear victor.

    ap...i gotta be honest..i didnt score the fight yet...i was at a fight party...i brought my own handle of Crown.....just too tough for me to focus and keep tally with everyone around....so imma watch it again tonight after the pats game or tomorrow and score it....

    No need to run to Floyds defense here I did not intend to insult your guy I was simply pointing out how retarded it is to judge 2 fighters ability to face each other by their past performance against another fighter. Fighters perform better at different weights and some perform better against opponents who fight different styles.

    if you really think that floyd barely won that fight,then i suggest you watch it again....and you have to consider that in the manny fight,a very shrewd freddie roach insisted that dlh fight at an ungodly 147 at 35 years of age....dlh had a tune up fight for manny vs little steve forbes about 6 months earlier at 150......which was the first time that dlh fought below the jr middleweight limit in 7 years.....in simpler terms,dlh hadn`t fought below 154 since 2001 !!...he fought manny 10 pounds below that weight at 35 years of age(145).......he didn`t rehydrate at all after the weigh in...a clear sign that he was beyond dehydrated......

    so dlh dropped almost a full 10 pounds below his natural weight at the time......he was obviously a shell vs manny...he could barely move...it wasn`t as bad as chris byrd dropping to light heavyweight...but it was bad...

    again,it goes back to roach...clearly,roach is a magnificent tactician in and out of the ring...

    Watched the fight for the first time a few days ago and burst out laughing. That was a robbery? What a fuckin joke.

    Manny Pacquiao definitely won. It wasn't pretty, but he won. Not one person just says "I think Marquez won", they dramatically say he was "robbed". They all seem to be Floyd Mayweather jocksniffers and Mexicans. There was nothing wrong with the score cards. I can show you robberies in boxing.

    And stop coming to some grand conclusion that this correlates to Manny's chances against Floyd. That couldn't be any less relevant. JMM will always give Manny some problems. Just because you all made lock threads about Manny knocking him out, and it turned into a competitive fight. Doesn't mean Manny sucks. Your predictions for the fight were just way off.

    Pacman won the fight because of the unwritten rule in boxing, the challenger has to take the belt from the champ, he is just not awarded it for a slightly better effort. Might sound unfair or even dumb to some but is and has always been the way it is in the ring.
