They haven't been doing much KYC. If they do start doing KYC then people should mention it. I hate KYC and did mention that. They said the plan isn't to increase KYC. At the same time they aren't going to give in to any forum extortion attempts.
They've gotten pretty sophisticated in determining multi-accounting. These bitcoin books seem to be way ahead of fiat in that regards.

They do not do KYC, they simply do not answer to the mail and close your account, it is about PLAYBETR, but as there is no thread about Playbetr (who btw is under same ownership as Betcoin) I decided to post my claim here as a comment.
I tried posting new thread to warn the community about betcoin and playbetr new practices of closing account and not responding mails for days (not even one reply) but admin didn't approve yet my new thread.

Yes Playbetr owe me money, they closed my account and they do not answer to the emails (in fact they do not even send e-mail when u register), also they close the account without informing you, and when I found out my account is closed (via live chat) I wrote them mail 4 times and they havent replied, its been 7 days.
Is there representative of PlayBetr here on the forum maybe? and should I open a new thread to write my whole situation to inform the comunity

bad news on the Pinnacle front. Just heard that project is on delay...... As Coach inferred, Betcoin live betting is still a great tool to have in your arsenal.

I still use Betcoin, I like the features they added where your balance is in the crypto you deposited with but you can place bets in USD. It’s strange to see your USD balance fluctuate while playing but it makes since ultimately your balance is in crypto. My biggest issue is still with latency, I don’t use a VPN but I am in the US so I’m not sure if that has something to do with or if Betcoin is just slow. They’ve always been slow, it got better for a while but it’s back to a crawl. It’d also be nice if they disabled the casino providers you’re not allowed to play at, it’s very limited for US players but they have a ton of providers of which I have access to two that I know of. After I request a withdrawal I’ll check back in but the last one was processed in minutes, no KYC etc.
The more I use it the more I like it I have to use a VPN

My accounts on Betcoin and Playbetr got suspended two weeks ago. I have about 1000 dollars on both accounts.

Its typical behaviour from them, bookmaker that decides to not answer their mails and just steal the money should be rated 0 and possible future players should be well informed about it!

Their limits are back to being a joke. Just tried a live bet ... 50 cent max bet. 3 dollars prematch on NBA. When is Pinnacle coming again?
Are you using the Legacy version? Those are low. Limits at Betcoin Beta have been increased but that may go down when Pinny returns to Betcoin.

I am on Betcoin beta. Limits were low but OK until Monday.
The only other thing you can do is send support ticket and ask for higher limits. Worth a shot since I know it did work for a few.
Its just frustrating. I love the site and the options. However they had me limited so severely that I could not use them. When I saw that they were going to open Pinnacle I deposited a decent amount. After Pinnacle went on hold I was stuck with money in the account. I was pleasantly surprised that my limits were up on the beta. Not huge but $100 or so which is fine because with a few exceptions that amount meets my needs. This weekend I decided to give it a full spin. Immediately I noted some of the limits were down to $25. Those were small markets and with all their options I was able to bet derivatives to get down $100 or so. Big markets were still good. Then Monday back to the same crap I have at Legacy.
Anyway I don't get their paranoia over live betting. With the algorithms used and the juice being charged, live betting is supposed to be unbeatable long term correct?
Do you have timing on when Pinnacle may be back?
I'm not sure when they will be back but I hope it's soon. Pinny pregame plus Betcoin live is a great combo.
I like the legacy version the best
