    Has anyone used Abra?

Stumbled across an offer to join Abra but never heard of it. Has anyone used it? Is it similar to Coinbase?

I signed up recently to see how their Bitcoin buying with debit card works. I'll update my findings.

it might not work if your debit card does not allow international purchases. The processor they use simplex is located overseas.

I would never trust some of those foreign places. If they rip you off not much you can do. Coinbase might be bad with fees but I trust them more than any other place.

Abra is actually an American company based in San Francisco like Coinbase. However, they use Simplex as their processor for credit card purchases. A lot of other Bitcoin exchanges uses Simplex as well. Unfortunately this processor is located overseas.
