Gemini used to release bitcoin immediately if you funded by wire.

    localbitcoins.com might be another option.

Other options, like Bitcoin ATMs, are instant but have high fees.

crypro.com first 30 days fee free then 3% on debit/credit But its instant and reliable w good CS. Plus they have a debit card similar to bitpay. only negative is some banks charge international fees on purchase since processor is not in USA. Local Bitcoin is great Too

I only used crypto once, recently, through litecoin.com but they use a back end processor - simplex.com- you could just go direct to them. I can't speak to fees - there were some but the book refunded them for me after I provided some screenshots (Bookmaker).

Just to expand on this, Paxful absolutely HAS state restrictions, or at least one state is restricted. I'm in NY and was a seller on Paxful for about 3 years without any issue being in NY (which is still semi-rare), and about a year ago they implemented some new policies and anyone in NY cannot use the site anymore. I had about 500+ positive reviews, no negatives, and they still banned my account, no grandfather in type rules, notta. The only way to even check out listing or make an account now if you live in NY is via VON, and they can pick up on that and now a majority of sellers don't allow people using VPNs to transact with them. So, I'm not sure about anywhere else, but NY is definitely a no-go for Paxful nowadays.
