I like how Anonibet lists a 500 BTC limit payout limit per day. A lesser book might only pay out $2.000.000 USD per day in BTC

Intertops - $2.500 limit payout USD per week. I wonder in that includes the 5 weeks they stall before payment.

MyBookie - Too terrible to even joke about.

    Nitrogensports and Nitrobetting.
    Betcoin and Playbetr.

Both have NFL contests. Nitrogen year long survivor. Betcoin weekly contest and year long. Betcoin pays weekly. Missing a week just kills year long but not weekly.

That's pretty much it bitcoin only.

None of them give deposit/reload bonuses so takes them out of the equation for me.

That is a problem with bitcoin only since some are I anonymous and bonuses would lead to abuse. I'm not sure if you're a contest player but those two do have contests.

USA Nitro Nitro Sister and Fairlay only reliable options outside USA you can add Stake, Betcoin and even Cloudbet though they would be my last choice

If you don't want KYC problems, Betcoin/Playbetr are good options outside US. Don't sign up with either from the US. It's OK if you have an existing account. Betcoin is a better version of Stake. They use the same odds provider but Betcoin has more live markets. The hold can be different and most of the time, not always, Betcoin will have the better odds in this situation.

I have deposited and withdrawn large amounts on both nitrogensports and Fairlay.

Never had an issue never had anyone ask about kyc.

Nitro withdrawals at the top of every hour.

    Fairlay is instant

Stake is my fav, I've used them for about a year, They give out a ton of free money in promos like when you level up etc and instant withdrawals.. I'm always playing in the 1k-6k balance range and never had any issues with payouts/deposits.

At one time Anonibet was very good but I left. They have a lot of problems with frozen funds, confiscations claiming multiple accounts and delays. The big bonus is going to lead to multi-accounting and if Anonibet makes a mistake, your money is gone.

Stake is a tricky one for US. They don't "accept" US players but their slot streaming shills on Twitch will tell you you can use a VPN.

Fairlay=Pinny Odds they are tops. If in USA Nitro, Fairlay and Betcoin(if you where grandfathered in) are the only ones to use. Others too riskys. If outside USA Stake is another to ADD on that list.

Nitro no identification required, hence no bonuses as pointed out in previous post.

Raiders, you can now add Nitrobetting to the suspect list. Their sister site Nitrogen held up a withdrawal of mine for 19 days because of "random review" and now Nitrobetting is doing the same exact thing to me. They hold funds hostage with no valid reason for doing so.

Must be something 'weird' looking about your account to them. Do you play poker?

I assume they paid you in the end?

Nitro hasn't ever not had a reason for reviewing an account I have asked them about. And they seem fair.

Yes, they paid me in the end on Nitrogen and now paid me on Nitrobetting too. Am not sure why they want to review my withdrawals so much but they have ultimately paid after reviewing.

It can be just being unlucky enough to live close to a banned user. Or you deposited coins come from a similar source, or you played poker at a table with the wrong person, etc.

Doesn't mean they think badly of you at all once cleared.
