How difficult is it for an offshore to setup to accept other crypto besides bitcoin?

Good point. Depends where you are from but Easysportbet accepts ETH, LTC, even Stellar, DAI, and TetherUSD.

Bitcoin is just a poor currency.

Anyone ever use XRP Ripple to send or receive? Supposedly transaction time is near instant.

Two good alternatives. ETH has faster confirmation times. Downside, on a ETH deposit Kraken exchange hit me with a deposit fee. Never happened on other exchanges.

    XRP is cheap and fast.
USDT is good if you use TRC20 network, don't use ERC20! TRC20 is x20 times cheaper.
Binance Smart Chain? It's x100 times cheaper.

Overweight betting is the topic of my future. About 200-250 - totally agree. But now, while the gold lies ... I do not pass by

For us as gamblers and if you don't intent to profif from any Crypto price variance, the concept that best fits us are coins like LTC (Litecoin) and XRP (Ripple).
Both have very very low transactions fees (almost free) and their confirmation time is almost one of the fastest, totally opposit to Bitcoin.
By now, I would expect most Books would offer these alternatives as well as some stablecoins (cryptos tied to USD value) like USDT, TUSD, USCD, DAI etc.
Since their volatility is non-existent compared to Bitcoin and other cryptos.
Etherum network coins are not the best for us since transaction fees are also high.

USDC works great but check the fees before sending. Once my exchange wanted a $20 gas fee. Super fast on the ERC20 network.
