Have you been looking into staking ETH Chucky?
Sounds like a great deal if holding it anyway.
I am researching now, and hope to get in before eip1559.
    Any info from raiders appreciated.

I really don't plan on purchasing BCH. Just feel like the train has left the station.

I have been watching ETH:LTC. That was about 10/1...but has receded to more like 8/1.

The Youtube video that I am waiting to see is a Use Case video, where citizens in impoverished nation make daily use of Litecoin.
fully agree . I am not a fan of bitcoincash either . just noticing recent apreciation

regarding stacking coins there are a few ways :

-> almost all coins can be stacked directly on centralized exchanges ( like binance ) . this is pretty safe and easy option and you are due just to exchange reliability

-> then you got lending from hardware wallets like ledger . you can lend your coins on compound protocol . also very safe , those smart contracts are well tested and secured for couple years now . you can use metamask account as well . plenty of reliable ways to do that

-> then you got eth2.0 stacking , interesting options , but you are locking your coins so in case of inevitable crash you cannot do any moves which is risky

-> then you got wild west , farms on binance smart chain . great returns but with greater risks of defective protocols , inflated tokens up to pirymid schemes .

I believe almost all coins can be stacked for more gains , but do it responsibly . due diligence required

I was looking into staking pools.
I am willing to risk having ETH locked up.

    No, I haven't.

I'm going to sound like a major square. But my only ETH was purchased via Pay Pal.

If making money is all you care about with cryptos then more power to you

As for me, I will never buy Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, Tron, and few others. Their CEOs and founders are shady as fukk

I spent 3 or 4 years grinding Pokerstars for pretty good money.
Black Friday happened 10 years ago.
if that didnt happen i think a lot more poker grinders would have held a substantial amount.
Pokerstars was an ATM at the time

Vitalik's worth $500m. He's warned people not to take out loans for cryptos. I don't see why he would or even how he could run a scam since the team is so big.

Everything dropped double digits last night.... except Doge. Incredible.

Remembered when I first got into crypto I did some Doge faucet sites. Forgot about them since they were worthless. Checked to see if any of them still had balances.....unfortunately they all shut down at some point.

Was at a social function last night and my 10-year-old's math teacher asked if I would come and talk to the class about how USD is created compared to bitcoin and how to calculate how much USD you have in BTC. I'm excited to show the kids what a scam USD is

This theory from a crypto forum

Degenerates on Binance with up to 150x leverage (borrowing Tethers to buy crypto) have been building up their margin account balances to big numbers, and when they make money, they double down, and build even bigger positions. Because they're degenerates.
But when the price dips below a certain point, some degenerates who have these margin accounts are suddenly below their maintenance limits, and they get liquidated. When they get liquidated, Binance will sell your crypto for Tether, and you are left with little to nothing.
So what happened? Crypto got sold, and Tether got bought. Because Crypto got sold, the price drops, which triggers more accounts, who thought they were safe, to dip below their margin maintenance requirements.
This creates a feedback cycle which basically ends in the liquidation of all the margin accounts. It all ends in a very fast, cascading crash like we just saw.

When it crashed last night I saw that tether was valued at $1.02, instead of the usual $1.00 or 0.999. This doesn't seem that significant but tether is supposed to be tied to the dollar and it has a 48 billion dollar market cap. So a 2 cent move is actually pretty big. It means a lot of tether was being purchased in a short period of time.
This also validates the theory Pablo posted above.
