Asianconnect88 lies and deception. Financial issues?

EDIT: Adding message from AsianConnect88 about this thread

Due to the current situation, we have implemented a 10k maximum withdrawal per customer. We have reserved funds in Europe, but after one week of huge withdrawals, we realized that this will eventually not be enough if withdrawals keep coming in. With all Asian countries in lockdown, it is hard to move money for all books. Finally, we are not in any financial difficulty and when things get back to normal ( Major soccer leagues start playing), you will be paid.

    ********

I’m led to believe Asianconnect are in financial trouble.
    They stalled for weeks on my payments with the excuse;

“We are just waiting some funds to be credited in our account but rest assure that we will be processing your request once we have received it. Please expect an email from us once it is already processed. “

    After weeks I was finally paid 10k of my balance and told;

“ Due to Covid-19 pandemic nationwide, we shall be limiting the withdrawals to 10,000 EUR/GBP until end of the virus as are having a hard time to transfer funds back to Europe. ”

We all know this broker lies...little white lies. But now take note; they are in financial trouble and cannot pay players out.

I am not the only one.

If it was in a European bank account, they can simply wire money onto a bitcoin exchange and pay players same day.

Sounds like the funds aren't segregated since interest rates are negative in most of Europe. I wonder what the regulation is like in Hong Kong.

Try odsy88 they don't have any restrictions nor limit in deposits and withdrawal nothing changed per management...i have experienced no changes but have limited use due to virus and if you are a big player may want to ask manger. I have had nothing but good experience from them.

It won't smart ass but if you need an agent account it's a viable option for now right? If I was OP I would just let it sit and use another agent for now unless AC88 worked the situation out with him.

That is completely fine, but watering down subject and diverting it from main point of discussion is not fair thing to do. Also, I doubt that any serious punter is willing to put money on match simulations etc. Fun - sure, but for serious betting, I truly doubt anyone is considering it.

Hm, they still use that personal/private Neteller account? Have seen a lot of complaints that personal Paysafe accounts are getting closed, hope they are not in that group. Did you get paid via that personal account recently?

Also, them rejecting to payout via any other method is really worry-some.

    AND OF COURSE YOU SHOULD USE ODSY88 RIGHT KONA ; ) ) ) ) )

They have an agreement with Paysafe regarding their private account so no issues there and yes I got paid the 10k via NETELLER last week.

Where are the lies and deception claimed here?

They are a broker. It really is easy to believe books might also be limiting their withdraws just like the rest of us have been.

I feel like I have been click baited with this thread.

You just sound like someone upset (understandably) about being withdraw limited.

They lied for weeks saying they were waiting for funds to be credited to their account so they could pay me. They had funds in their account as they paid others.
They said they would pay me on X several times and didn’t.
Strung it out until finally giving the pandemic answer.

Don’t like the thread? Well, vote with your feet - there are plenty of others on here for you to read.

They lied for weeks telling you their uplines were not paying them, the same way as many books are limiting everyone else for withdraws you claim?

It sounds like they kept you well informed.

If you were a Premium Tradings customer right now you would be reading this and thinking you wished you only had this smallish issue.

It's fine to be upset about delays right now. But making overly dramatic threads will not help you with this company. As far as agents go they have pretty good track record of being open and honest with customers when problems come up. Like they appear to have been with you here I think.

They did not say anything about their uplines not paying them. Their uplines did pay them. Funds credited to their account does not = uplines paying them.

PT Paid me within 4 days (70k).

I’ve been using agents for almost 12 years. I don’t need or want your advice on what to do in this situation. Appreciate you’re trying to help but you evidently don’t understand the situation.

I would advise against that, there is an open claim against Odsy88 they are part of AsianConnect88:

    https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5207843.0

I would definitely not trust Odsy88 at times like this!

if they are part of AC88 that would add strength to the case to use them BUT I am pretty sure they are not. in these times you should use caution with every book/agent/exchange you are right right Arie.

No problem with Premium Tradings, substantial withdrawal received, with an understandable few days delay, all communicated timely and honestly.

Nice to hear Have had others complaining about being told theirs is delayed or have had large fees imposed.

Books in the group they appear to be part of, like 18bet, Babibet and 1bet, have been giving a lot of players problems too.

Was worried after reading this topic since I have a large balance at AC88.
Asked a withdrawal to reduce my exposure and check if the difficulties were confirmed.
Received 10K Euros in my Skrill account in around 5 hours.

You asked for a higher withdrawal than 10k and they only paid you out 10k..?

They wouldn’t pay me via BTC either (so their excuse about difficulties getting funds back to Europe was BS)

No, asked for 10K and received it in a couple of hours. Seems like it is the max allowed but didn't know it when I asked for the payout.

The issue is that they don't pay more than 10k UNTIL "THE END OF THE VIRUS"!

It's not like they say we pay 10k per week or month or any other predefined period of time.

So what is the "end of the virus"?

AC has a very good reputation and I think everybody will get paid but they should define an approximate time frame at least.

Agree on what you are saying.
I always been a Asianconnection fan, but it looks like they are struggling, I would not put there any money.
But to be fair at this point I would not trust any bookie or broker.

If anything under 10k is ok to withdraw there, then I would never have a problem. I can only dream of those balances above.
If they are simply doing 10k at a time, I think thats very fair considering them and all other books businesses are down 98%.
