Don't know coinbase specifically, but normally a button that says "Receive Bitcoin" exists in most wallets. It shouldn't be that hard to find.

Give the book this address. They will send it. It will show up in your wallet.

Has to be a receive address somewhere on their amongst your account info (if not, you might want to ask Coinbase support why).
But basically, just do the same:
Copy paste the receiving address into the field where it asks for the payout address on the Sportsbook WD page

Most would recommend using a middle wallet instead of sending directly from Coinbase to a sportbook, and back.

With that being said, you are "receiving" BTC. So if you're using Coinbase, you go under Accounts and under BTC Wallet, click "Receive." That will be the Wallet address you are having the sportsbook "deposit" into.

coinbase will ban your account if you use it for gambling.
    it's in their T&C.

move your BTC to your own wallet then give your book that wallets address.

If you have a wallet on blockchain.info, you should find your address on "receive" or something similar.

Blockchain wallet will always generate a new address every time you use one to receive a transaction, but doesn't matter you can still use the same old one to receive payments.

Just make sure it's YOUR wallet address. As others have said, don't send it to your coinbase wallet.

I'd recommend an offline/hardware wallet over one like blockchain.info

Always good to own your private keys

So if you sent from Book to Blockchain.com, you would click "Request" on Blockchain, copy the address to the Sportsbook.

Once you receive it in Blockchain, click on the "Send" button. Now go to Coinbase.com, click the "Accounts" tab, click "Receive" under BTC Wallet, and copy/paste that address on the "To" section where you clicked "Send" on blockchain.com. Enter the amount you want to send, and click continue. That should instantly be on Coinbase.com when you refresh the page. It'll be pending for 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on how long it takes to clear.

Once it clears in Coinbase, you click the "Buy/Sell" Tab. Click "Sell", and Sell From BTC Wallet, Deposit to USD Wallet. Enter the amount, click sell instantly, and it's now USD. You can now transfer directly to bank, will be in the next business day, or send to PayPal, which is instant. It's a painless process.

There are other exchanges to use as well, but I stick with Gemini and Coinbase because I'm new to this whole thing. Always have the money in my paypal same day as deposit and in my bank account the next day. It's super easy.

Yes, that's fine. But as others have already mentioned here, DO NOT use Coinbase to send/receive bitcoin directly with sportsbooks. Eventually, Coinbase WILL detect that you're gambling and will permanently close your account. Use a middle wallet between Coinbase and your book.

use blockchain.info as your wallet to move coins from coinbase to sportsbook and back again.

If you're going to sell on Coinbase, at least use Coinbase pro for lower fees.
