11 May 2019 - first email from AC, that my orbit account is suspended:

Writing on live chat with AC nothing help. The same formula as alwayes when are any problems:

I wrote also on orbit customer service which say are 24/7 - they don't reply to me till yesterday.
So I waited...
New email from AC (14.05.2019):

We are writing to give you an update on the status of your account with Orbitx.
After further investigation made by Orbitx; we were informed that irregular betting pattern; more specifically a FUNDS PASSING violation have been detected and confirmed in your account. Below are the bet ID for your reference

As stated in Orbitx Terms and Condition Section 7: FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, PROHIBITED TRANSACTION AND FAILED DEPOSIT: FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS AND FAILED DEPOSITS
7.1 If, in Our sole determination, You are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Us including but not limited to game manipulation or payment fraud, or manipulation of the multi-currency facilities, or if We suspect You of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen debit or ************, or any other fraudulent activity (including but not limited to any ********** or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including but not limited to money laundering) or if Your deposits failed to be honoured by Your bank for any reason, We reserve the right to immediately suspend and/or close Your Account and recover bad debts using whichever method may lawfully be available to Us.
7.2 We reserve the right to void and withhold any or all winnings made by any person or group of persons where We have reasonable grounds to believe that said person or group of persons is acting or has acted in liaison in an attempt to defraud or damage Us in any way.
Asianconnect have done everything to coordinate this case and retrieve your funds however, the decision of our up-line on this matter is final and we have no control over the way they handle accounts with fraudulent activities. Till 14 May I was able to login to my orbit account, but can't place any bet, or transfer money on AC panel.
When I received an email above I was even unable to check what it was a bet. So I had to ask about it on AC chat.
AC chat send me on chat the screenshot of this bet.
It was bet: Lay the odd 1,3 on one of basketball match. Why I placed this bet? Betburger found more than 50% surebet on this event. But someone was faster and took this odd. So I put my own stake and odd (the same as betburer show). I forgot about this, because as You see I risked 7,5 Euro to win 25 euro. - I attached screen shot of this bet which I get from AC chat.
On my wallet was more than 1300 euro.
How AsianConnect help me solve this problem? Just look on their response:
"Zilene: Apologies however we really have no control over such matter, it was Upline's decision.
Me: So what You recommend me to do? Let You take me money without the reason yes?
Zilene: In the future, if you have concerns regarding your account under Asianconnect, please contact us directly and not Upline. As your account is under us, we should be the one communication with them.
Hoping for your patience and understanding."
So I send once again email to Orbit. This time they reply after few minutes. But since this email, I send another 2 without response.

Thank you for the email and we are sorry to hear of your situation.
As I'm sure you can appreciate we have to take measures to protect all customers. Please confirm your Orbit username and who your agent is and we can take a further look in to this for you. Do note Betfair decision is final so once they feedback to us we then have to adhere to what they say.

Sorry for lamenting, but I have to write about it on forums like this, maybe after that they will do something... Now I lost my money, nervous and time...
To sum up. Asian Connect said this is Orbit decision. Orbit said this is Betfair decision.
Do You think writing to betfair will help anything? I really envy players who can normally play at trusted Betfair Exchange.
