Hello! This is me Swofty a Cloudbet user. Who is still waiting for my withdrawal!Now they have blocked me because I bet on Superbowl! While they are investigating. And my bet won also by the way. So they just said its cancelled and refunded. Easily Smiley so yes they blocked my account with no notice. And the reason when i asked why im blocked is that I bet on Superbowl.I had been nice and patient to them. But now this get really makes me worry and stress. 330 BTC is alot of money. That is for myself and for my family savings.To tell you the truth. I withdrawed on January 2, 2019 they asked me a documents. Which I gave right away. I gave them my drivers license ID. I gave them my tax document, and I even took a photo of myself holding a paper saying Cloudbet, my username Swofty and the date. I even gave them our marriage certificate, gave them water bill which is name of my wife and an ID of my wife. And then we both took a picture also holding our IDs together.I just want to get my rightful winnings. I deposited a total of 129 BTC in their website. And I never cheat or I never did something wrong. I just want to take my winnings and be happy. But now this makes me sick and I just dont know what to do. Since they are responding a robot like respond or an repeating answer everytime.I had been patient enough. Cloudbet guys knows that. And I just really want to take my winnings. The OP had another person, with better English, contact them on his behalf. Cloudbet seem to be saying that this other person claimed it was their account. They are also pointing to VPN usage and have some issue with his wife as well.

The OP has also told them that he will accept 150BTC as full payment if they will just pay him.

The above cases aren't the only problems at Cloudbet. They have free rolled others. Cloudbet has a chance to take $1m and they are taking it.

Cloudbet is a joke, stay far far far away from them. They’ve been this bad for awhile. Big withdrawals, long delays. LONG. They made me wait 60 days for a $8000 withdraw (80 BTC) couple years back. Claim to accept 100 BTC bets.

Lot of guys I know had issues with the . Not even their registration is valid. Address stated on website was fake last year, don't know if changed..

Can SBR please update the in BTC held books. Fairlay should be added and Cloudbet (B-) needs a major down grade as does Jetwin(C+).

There is a monster thread on this at reddit sportsbook forum. It's not clear what Cloudbet's position is -- it looks like they are claiming he cheated at roulette.

The other person claimed it was their account? I gotta try this myself. When someone posts their username on here and mentions their book by name, I'm gonna contact those guys and say it's MY account. Should work wonders.

I think your ratings are very good. The Jetwin sportsbook has been down for a while. Cloudbet has become a joke. They make up all kinds of excuses.

Cloudbet was just looking for a loophole and found one: 1. They've got no reason to verify his identity as Nitro, Cloudbet pride themselves for being incognito, hence no need for I.D. 2. They could just send it back to the original BTC depositing address - if he still has control. Or he could send them proof of the deposit.

Well... it's the only reputable book we have.... when wagering in BTC. I can't tell if this guy laid 500k??? Or what???

I sure as hell wouldn't trust some fly by night BTC book. I like Fairlay a lot... but don't know if I'd trust them with 500k.

I have 37k stuck at cloudbet for year. Went so far even paid visit to their "location" in Montenegro which was abandoned house. I went step further and realised that even their license isn't valid, that it's fake so basically they can do whatever they want
Don't let limits and offer lure you into trap, it's just moment when they will steal from you. There is plenty reports of that on other forums as well so be careful with them.

Unbelievable that someone would have that kind of money in a sportsbook. I don't care how rich you are that is foolish. I wouldn't even trust a licenced bitcoin exchange with that amount of money. Why not just cash it out and turn it to dollars? I get nervous if I have just a thousand worth of bitcoin in these places.

All with addresses that doesn't exit, ghost owners, 2 or 3 customer service handling everything on forums etc. It works because most bettors lose. These books don't have liquidity to pay everyone if there is a panic and mass withdrawal request

In offshore world anything can happen eventually and you can trust until something happens and then you cant...Any book Fiat included is not 100% safe. Use black friday in poker as example
