How can a arbitrator make fair decision without name of the people, phone numbers and addresses behind the people running the business. In the mean time, the player has provided every single info about him to the book and from what I read, some conflicting info. Not looking good. I hope you atleast get your deposits back to the original address where it was sent from.
Cloudbet has a sublicense with the arbitrator and pays a fee for the license.

Curacao Egaming is an arbitrator now?

Sounds like they have just brushed him off to the license issuer.

Cloudbet stole 38 BTC from a guy that played LIVE roulette. They accused the player of cheating. What's most bothersome is that the player deposited 11 BTC.

It was posted on Reddit 8 days ago.

The email from Andy is our final decision on the matter, as such, I have no further information to offer. The balance on the account has been confiscated. It means that your account will stay closed and funds frozen». When I asked, «Frozen means you keep the funds?» The chat joined Steve, and he replied «The funds on the account, as they were accumulated again our terms have been removed from the account. As such, your account has a 0.00 balance and will remain closed. This is our final decision on the matter.

I missed that. Wish Cloudbet would allow binding arbitration through SBR or Ask Gamblers on the 330 BTC case.

There are a couple other recent ones. I don't think they've been resolved but I may have missed them too.

A player has dual citizenship Russia and US. When Cloudbet asked for documents he sent his US documents. When Cloudbet said that US citizens were banned he provided his Russian documents. The player was stiffed for 1.7 BTC.

A US citizen was on vacation in France. He asked Cloudbet if he could wager while in France, Cloudbet said yes. The player won 4.5 BTC but was stiffed because of being a US citizen. Other guys have been stiffed on claims of multi-accounting.

I'm not sure if things have changed but I was once playing at Cloudbet. They let US citizens sign up through a US IP but stiff them if they win.

I want to say that the reason cloudbet has delayed this withdrawal is due to some issues with the location of this account. I am in contact with them and they are in the proccess of taking care of this issue. I will update this post as soon as I can. But, as of now I want everyone to know cloudbet is taking care of this as quickly as they can. Sorry for the confusion..

Don't let limits and offer lure you into trap, it's just moment when they will steal from you. There is plenty reports of that on other forums as well so be careful with them.
    You are a legend!

Based on the comments in this thread, I will be avoiding Cloudbet.

One thing I wish SBR would do is a dash board style for complaints grouped per site like ask gambler has...Transparent with communication from both parties along with time frame deadlines along with resolution's info...

Cloudbet has so many unresolved issues with withdrawals ranging from 1 bitcoin to 40 bitcoins. This should be further investigated. I am starting to wonder if this is an elaborate attempt by cloudbet to get big players to deposit money, especially Americans. Swofty characted created new username everywhere with this issue, danced around and they paid him 330 even though he was willing to take only 150. Right.

Quadrigacx created many stories like this and everyone swallowed it and kept putting money in quadragacx and they ran.

I would be very careful if you are a highroller and tempted to deposit money at cloudbet, especially because of that 5 bitcoin bonus. There are numerous unresolved withdrawal cases in cloud bet. Now the google search result or any search result will bring up this happy ended 330 bitocoin payout story in the first few pages instead of those unresolved issues.

    - So they gave the decision to curacio arbitrator.
    - player admits he played from usa and lied with identity
    - arbitrator is out of the picture
    - cloudbet still pays everything

    ye aright.

Here is my btc exclusive grades:
    Nitrogen A
    Fairlay B
    Betcoin B
    BetcoinRush C
    Sportbet.IO D

It’s safe but if you like money, it’s dumb to play there instead of other, better options.

LOL So a 6 leg parlay getting the bet returned as a free play is an "excellent" offer to you? OK then! To each his own!

Nitrogen is really good with their promos and contests. They had a free NCAA bracket and free squares for the Super Bowl. They have promos for the NBA/NHL playoffs going on now.

Wow, I can't imagine how much money one has to have, to deposit 300k$ into a Bitcoin Sportsbook.

Althought you should receive the 300btc, I hope you can at least recover the initial deposit.

This post reminded me few years ago (2013/2014) another history of a user who was having problems cashing out 1000+bitcoins from Nitrogen (also approx 1 Million $ at that time), I can't recall how that story ended.

    Edit:Ok, it was not 1000, but 7k+ Bitcoin..... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1571870.0

There are entities on the blockchain that send those micro txs to addresses involved in large bitcoin transactions. Nitrogen’s platform is set up so that you can only withdraw your balance when all deposits are confirmed. That does not look like a slowpay but they definitely did not handle it properly. Obviously a few satoshis are not going to affect the 600 bitcoin balance even if those micros were “double spent”.

Nitrogen is trustworthy. They always pay out. However they are no longer the best book as they offer pinnacle lines plus minimum 2 cents of juice on each side. With fairlay and fiat books offering reduced juice, much better options out there unless you are a parlay bettor (then Nitro could be best since they offer a lot of parlay promos).
