For those that had money stolen, what bitcoin address was it sent to? I want to look at the history of that address.
1)Can someone (like a rogue nitro employee) still steal if you have 2fa enabled?
2)I read about the malware thing this morning. if I log into block chain or whatever and use a different address every time, how am I supposed to know the malware didnt already change my address? It can't actually change the address in real time, like as you open the page/app and go to copy the address, can it?

I like the Electrum.org desktop wallet better than anything else personally, but that is because it has the most and most advanced features. Most of which no bettor will use.
What sort of phone do you have that got infected with this virus? I thought this was still a PC only problem mostly.
AFAIK the virus changes the address when it sees it enter the devices clipboard/temporary memory area.
Very easy to protect yourself. Whenever you copy a bitcoin address, make a mental note of the last 3 or 4 characters, and after you paste make sure those characters match.
The Trojan inserted address will be totally different. Just remembering the last character to double check will be enough 99% of the time.
I use the Electrum wallet as well.
Before transferring any crypto I also like to check the first 4 letters as well, just in case.
Checking more is better. But its far more likely the first few characters will not be unique than the last few. Because the beginning of the string can possibly match others, and will always contain the same first character as the fake account number, a 1 or a 3, and the end of the string is a checksum field which will be unique like 1 in a billion times.
Not a biggie, but be careful not to see the matching first char and miss the next couple are different.

Do not attempt to create a new account they will freeze it all and either make you jump through hoops to regain access or you’ll lose it forever if they don’t side with you in a dispute
The Nano S does not work with an iPad if you use Ledgers software, Ledger Live. There may be other software you can use that is compatible with the iPad but that’s another story. The Nano X will work through Bluetooth once it is released. It worth the wait, the Nano X is way more powerful than the S. I have the S and for me it’s more useful as cold storage.

Looks like a series of multiple small transactions. Maybe meant to put up a smoke screen of some sort in order to prevent investigation into all transactions done by that address?
I can't think of a logical explanation. Hopefully Raiders will know what it means or track down where those 21 cents came from originally came from and work it out.
I would think his time would be better spent finding out where the larger amount went and who stole my bitcoin.
I was thinking tracing those 21 cent transactions backwards might be more fruitful than trying to trace where it went forward, in trying to ID who took your bitcoin. But that was just a brain fart anyway. I don't know.

And also if I’m sending a good amount of money I’m sorry but I write my transfer address down and then copy paste and check every number again to verify because once you hit send it’s fukin gone no point not to take those extra 5 minutes when there are thousands of dollars involved
Nitrogen does have this and I blame myself for not having it on my account when I knew better. I had it on originally but it required 2FA every time I logged in to their web site and I was betting on my mobile phone a lot of the time so I would have to switch back and forth between my messenger app and the browser every time I logged in so I had it turned off.
I thought if someone from Nitrogen did steal my bitcoin they would own up to it but they made up a bunch of lies and wouldn't take responsibility. They said it was transferred to the same IP that I had used previously. The problem is that I hadn't used that IP in months (via VPN). It would be near impossible to use the same IP again so Nitrogen was lying when they said that. Others on reddit.com have said they've had bitcoin stolen from Nitrogen as well.
This was just a few hundred dollars at the time. Nothing I couldn't afford to lose. In fact, I probably would have lost it betting anyway.
Well that blows sorry for the bad experience but you dont know if you would have lost it or not so sucks a sportsbook is stealing from their players

Normal people don’t use bitcoin in the first place. So they don’t have to worry about getting bitcoin stolen.
And really there’s no reason to care if your bitcoin gets stolen. Bitcoin will probably be worth less than Beanie Babies (the bitcoin of 20 years ago) within 2 years. I mean, Beanie Babies actually have a small amount of intrinsic value-albeit for children under the age of 7. Bitcoin however has no intrinsic value for any person of any age.

Paper money is issued is issued by the government. Bitcoin is issued by the bitcoin company. See the difference.

But now you have moved onto who "issues" the instrument. Which is a bad place for your argument.
The reserve can print as many new notes as it likes. No limit. Which technically means their money is worthless based on normal fundamentals.
The only reason it isn't worthless is because we trust the Govt/Reserve to not just print more and more money, like has happened in countries like Zimbabwe and Venezuela in recent years.
But with Bitcoin that cannot happen. There is a known and finite supply. It's such a massively better money supply system than FIAT currency that's its pretty much inevitable that governments will drop their reserve banks money printing power in favor of a crypto style system one day.
