Nitrogen Grading Issues
Has anyone ever inquired as to why it takes them so long to grade games? It is 11:52p MST and CBB games that began at 7p and ended at roughly 9p have yet to be graded. This happens with some regularity. I made the same wagers at Bookmaker and the games were graded before I checked my account.
It may be time for me to find another BTC exclusive book. It’s a shame because payouts have an incredibly high limit and nearly instantaneous.
This is old news, nitro only grades if you keep spamming their chat after the match finishes. Otherwise be prepared to wait

Yeah, I have experienced it over the last year or more. It is maddening to check Bookmaker and see wagers graded, prep for work the next day, then check Nitrogen and still see the same games ungraded.Originally Posted by Optional

Sometimes it just feels good to bitch. Must be why my wife is so damn happy all the time.
I am never sweating on a grade for the next bet, but agree fast reliable grading is a big part of what makes me like a book.
Yes they take an eternity sometimes.
It doesn't make ANY sense when the faster they grade the faster people can bet again!
I sent Bt-coin in at Halftime of the NCAA Championship game, had it verified in 10 minutes, then I bet Clemson +7 in the 2nd half, and they graded it within 10 minutes of the game being over! (I couldn't believe it!)
Then I made the payout request, had the money taken out immediately, and I had the BT-c withdrawal in my wallet about nine hours later.

When I left the poker room and returned to the home page there was a message. Paraphrase:
“We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are improving our grading interface. Grading of wagers may take longer than normal.”
I’m accustomed to waiting a half hour or so, but theee hours seemed excessive. At least they provided an explanation
There are always a bunch of discussions about speed of transfers and grading. If you keep enough money at a book to cover a day or two wagers then neither is an issue. Granted there are some people that can't afford to do that. They are probably betting over their head.
I don’t think there are many bettors on the forum who need one wager graded so they can afford to place another. It’s more about checking to ensure wagers are graded correctly and in a timely manner.
Like when you make a deposit at your bank. When you walk away from making the deposit you know it’s in your account. You don’t cross your fingers and hope it is.
Nitro supposedly is upgrading grading system.. but guess what? Their manager personally told me while ago that they are upgrading their grading system but it never happened. So I doubt they are doing it this time.. just lame ass bs excuse. I asked them to lose my account. Sick and tired of nitro bs.
Nitro has been upgrading their system since 2016...
Think this is a fail safe to prevent hit and runs; like what happened when system didn't update some Brazilian matches as finished and some people exploited that, getting away with tons of BTC.
My losing bets always get graded within 5 mins

You’re not wrong about that. As stated, I’m used to waiting 30 minutes for them to grade, but last night was amazingly bad. And the payouts took forever as well. 1 BTC took 7 hours, far longer than the 30 minutes I’ve grown accustomed to
They need a new odds provider. They are loosing so much money due to slow grades....kinda like black jack in Vegas don’t see any slow dealers more hands more profit for casino...more bets more losers for nitrogen. They need to fix this
while at it fix live too...need more as it’s horrible

Bingo about the in-game action. It is the worst I have ever seen, and it’s not even close. There’s multiple problems. First, there is a very select number of games for nba and cbb. What they do have requires you to sit on the display page waiting for lines to be given. When they are put up they don’t last long.
Of all things, my biggest complaint would be the interface. Needs to be cleaned up, simplified, and easier to navigate.
You do realize nothing getting fixed.. that is just their excuse.. so dont have your hope too high.
I take back my last post. Another night of just nothing being graded. Seems like an awfully dumb biz model. If nothing else grade plays fast so people can lose it quicker. I don’t get it
Slow going for sure. Second night in a row I’ve won nearly two coins, much of it on late games tonight.
The most frustrating thing that makes absolutely no sense is they will grade games that ended hours after games that are left ungraded. They could at least grade games in order.
Another day, another awful grading day for Nitro. I will never understand, don't they want grading to be super quick so people can bet more and inevitably lose? Are they just understaffed? Can't be a good sign
I don't think it's that they are understaffed. My feeling is that they go through a lot of verifications to make sure the grading is accurate. But actually that might not be true because I have had several misgraded games from them within the past year. I have gambled offshore for 20 years and have never seen a book grade so slow. Almost all books are within 4 minutes of a game ending. What's ironic is their payouts are actually faster than their grading of games. A complete mystery.

The site is currently experiencing a small downtime. Our tech team is working on resolving it right now.
back to good and acceptable grading...today's FA cup and league 2 games graded within 15 mins of end.
They changed their little blurb atop the page to saying their grading maintenance has been completed.. I have noticed quicker grading, let's hope this continues
I really prefer Fairlay, better odds I think, maybe less markets though. Nitrogen odds have too much juice if you compare to Pinnacle.
Fairlay is the best odds for straight bets plus more markets too esp in soccer like total home goals and clean sheets...Nitrogen I use for promos, parlays and poker mostly...

You could lose out a decent chunk if Nitrogen is really slow to grade and BTC drops significantly in that time, if you're unlucky.
Their withdrawals are fast. You can get in and out of you're worried about bitcoin price fluctuation.
You guys should use Fairlay, it is the same as Nitrogen but with less juice. Both Nitrogen and Fairlay take Pinnacle odds exactly, however Nitrogen adds several cents of juice to each side. Fairlay is slow to grade sometimes too but withdraws under 5 BTC are all instant, no delay. 0.00025 btc (<$1) withdrawal fee is the only negative.
Nitrogen has occasional decent promos. I won ~0.01 BTC free bet for picking the divisional championship ATS winners and just turned it into 0.06 BTC free.
Nitrogen withdrawals are pretty close to instant and the security is some of the best in the industry. When you have more than 10 BTC in a book at a time, that means more than anything.
