I have been a customer for a year now after switching from betdsi ( horrible experience ). thanks to SBR my problem was resolved. Nitrogen has been impeccable for the year i have been on here. Fast payouts .. good customer service etc.
Yesterday I received an email stating " after a depth review from our team , we found your account overlaps information with another account as well as activity " please let us know your relation to the other account and what account you want open so we can close the others ".
Ok first of all this message kind of stunned me. I have never opened another account nor have ever heard of the account they are mentioning that my account overlaps. I have used my same account for the duration of my nitrogen experience, have deposited well over 30 grand on here I have never played dice, or any casino game, only poker ONCE OR TWICE several months ago. I also want to state i never done any transfers with my account.
I want to add that i have been doing very well the past two months and have several coins on the website which is alot of money to someone like me. As you can see i am bit stressed out over this situation as im an honest person and would never defraud nitrogen.
I sent a brief summary of how i have no knowledge of that account, nor have ever used another account , nor have played poker or transferred money. I have yet to hear back from them. Its been 18 hours and support hasnt responded back yet. I have faith in nitrogen and hope they come to a verdict with this. Should be a clean investigation. I will let you guys know what happened
