    Bitcoin transaction problem

I sent a small amount, $150 from my blockchain wallet through electrum to my bitpay card. The transaction says it was sent and confirmed from blockchain but nothing has been received on my bitpay card yet, 16 hours later. It says 113 confirmations. I'm a newb at the details but I've sent probably 50 transactions back and forth between books / blockchain / bitpay with no issues until now.

What can I do now, should I do?

    Is it solved now?

I have just read a PM saying a similar thing about a Coinbase to Airbitz transaction and that person was told the Hurricane around Carolinas had effected the network somehow

No but I see in my electrum wallet that the invoice shows bitpay as the requester and the status as expired with a red exclamation symbol. I've sent bitpay an email with the problem to see what they can do or come up with.

Any info you can share may be useful if multiple people have this issue.

As soon as I know anything I'll update the post. I also noticed the blockchain transaction still lists it as 'unspent' too.

Just out of curiosity, did you send the exact amount of bitcoin they requested when you went to deposit into Bitpay? I know not too long ago someone wanted to put money on their Bitpay card, but they sent a different amount of Bitcoin than what the invoice asked and it delayed the credit because CS had to manually go in and credit his account since the automation system won't work if the numbers are off.

It was exact as far as I know, I always copy and paste so I can avoid mistakes. Maybe I wasn't careful enough.

Bitpay claims it wasn't their address and a copy clip virus so I'm SOL. Even though the top up open my wallet directly and shows the bitpay protcol, looks like I have to find another way.

Never copy and paste as I have had errors in past but never lost funds...always send direct via QR scan. The wallet will give you exact detail of the transfer to review before sending to avoid any issues

There is a bar code like how you scan items at the store.

You can decode it with this tool https://decoder.bip70.org/

Or just go to the URL part of the link in a browser and you'll see the invoice.

I'm getting an error trying to decode that link you posted though. Maybe because its expired. Not sure. Never seen it not work before.

Thanks Optional, I guess I'll have to be more careful checking those addresses.
