    ACH transfer to and from your bank account is the most common way.

    If you live in the US, use Square Cash to buy Bitcoin (they can't tell the difference between a run of the mill cash transfer to your buddy or Bitcoin purchase). Transfer the Bitcoin to your wallet, then to your book.
