If you do not want to your opinion challenged then don't go into multiple threads repeating it over and again.

You keep saying that 11 days is unacceptable.

It's standard for a fully regulated book who has to do the job properly to take around 2 weeks for second level KYC.

What time is acceptable to you?

Maybe my view could best be said if they at Nitro put themselves in a position to be paranoid about account abuse, then it makes me paranoid to fund an account there.

And I had a question that still goes unanswered. We heard "more than one report" of a player asked what IP address they normally use to access the site. How would I ever answer that correctly? Am I supposed to keep a record of every IP address I use? Not everyone is technologically inclined to do so.
Hot....this is an example of what was said to me when they froze my account a while back...BTW I am glad they did and it was resolved in a few hours

It appears that your account was flagged for unusual activity following a withdrawal request from an unfamiliar location. Please verify a familiar login location, after which you may request your withdrawal again.

    Thank you,

I applaude this level of security as I am an honest player there

if 2 weeks is industry standard for the level of investigation, clearly Nitro was within appropriate range. I would like for it to happen much quicker, but that's just my wish and seems unreasonable, as you've pointed out. So I've answered your latest question.

Could you answer mine about the IP address?

i agree with you, Nitrogen is a good book but they should follow the time frame from what they said is 72hours or a week. If support gives you a time frame you will expect that within that date they will finish all the investigation and give you some result. If they didnt meet the time frame whats the use giving some time frame then? Its just a my opinion.

sounds fine and I do appreciate your responses. I'm just attempting to get the truth. Optional, there is a difference between challenging and personal attack name-calling.

So, but what is my home IP address? what IP address do I use most often?

Your guess as good as mine with these.

I did answer the IP address question above. I guarantee you wont have a problem at Nitro or any other book if you can't name your usual IP address. Whatever you have heard.

And don't take it personally, the reason I felt the need to try and challenge you is that you have come into a thread where a sportsbook has actually done an awesome job of handling a problem and borderline trolling them for it.

There was 3 accounts connected. 2 of them played from same location and collected a referral bonus for one of their accounts.

There has been many threads on here where a player has described a less suspicious but similar situation and been hammered for being stupid for not knowing that wasn't allowed and they deserved to lose their winnings for being so dumb.

Because too many books don't take investigations seriously and act on assumptions. And I can see many just looking at the basic facts of this case and saying "look how obvious it is. Its a referral scam".

We know they did a proper job by the fact they were able to clear him without having to ask him questions and that they were able to give him a proper explanation of why the account was investigated to start with.

That is about the gold standard in account investigation expectations!

Not here to defend or champion Nitro in general. I just don't know enough about them or their current situation. But this is not a thread they deserve to bashed in. The opposite.
