For example: I receive a payout from book A in bitcoin, and then send to my blockchain wallet. However they only use a small fee, and it take a while to get confirmed. Meanwhile, I am able to send a new transaction to book B. I use a high fee.

Would: My second transaction go through and get confirmed, despite having no confirmations on their send to me? Or would by second transaction be delayed while waiting for the confirmations from the money being sent from book A.
