yeah, I should have said deposit address. They won't let you get a new one, and suggest making temp. accounts if you want new ones. Kind of odd to tell people to use multiple IDs, esp. if they are saying accounts are not anonymous and require KYC docs.

Yes. Complaints get processed during normal business hours. Plus a large weather event in Costa Rica has seen the office evacuated last week and I'd guess caused some backlog of work to be done.

if you don't get a reply this week please reply to the confirmation email you should have received after submitting and ask for an update.

betg.....just send them what they asked for a video w u holding ID...then get your BTC...why waste time with all this when its that simple? you have to admit that you caused your own issues here first by doing the 20 or so deposits and withdrawals with no wagering activity and then by not meeting there simple request for KYC..

It might be good that there is a complaint in. Hopefully a senior person deals with it and gets to assess Fairlay's support and attitude in real time. Could speed up the rating listing.

No it's not that simple, they don't answear to me, they had tons of excuses, verification passed, they approved then asked for video within 24 hours after 24hours they said my docs are fake (I sent ID + utility bill) they think its "money laudering" so they want to take this deposit to their pockets... so verification was only 1 of many excuses... they requested also "provide us docs that money on your bitcoin address is legal" and when I asked how to do that they just don't reply... etc.etc.

Send the guys at Fairlay Video with ID they requested and get your BTC...post it here too for proof you sent just block out ID info if you post...they are just following AML protocol as your case is suspicious with the possible "mixer" with all the deposits and withdrawals w. no wagers and then waiting 2 months to send docs and finally saying you don't have a camera...Barney Fife could prosecute this case and win I am cheering for you BETG but you are big underdog here like -31.5 but hey look at Oklahoma

You don't get it... yes I didn't want to send anything to this shady-non licensed at all bookie (no license and they follow procedures of who?) then I decided to send and they made another excuses by excuses like video (You have 24 hours - wtf?),prove of the funds on bitcoin wallet (how to prove?) I can send ton of papers and they still have something like fake id,money laundering etc etc without any sense!

I think a book should close the account of a player that makes frequent deposits/withdrawals without playing. On the player's side, one reason I play with bitcoin books is that I don't want to show KYC information. I'm not sending a video to any BTC book.

It is a pretty weird policy, though. Essentially: "we don't care who you are unless you do something we deem suspicious, in which case we will hold your funds indefinitely until you tell us who you are and prove it." Unless they have real reason to suspect that the account has been stolen, they should just pay out and close the account. It would be one thing if they were a licensed bookmaker and were freezing the account to let the authorities handle it, but that's not the case.

Also, the rule against multiple accounts does not jibe well with what support tells you. Namely, they say if you have any concern about privacy (API users and market-makers being able to track your bets via your ID), simply make a new account for each bet -- which is absurd on many levels. Or if you want to change the BTC deposit address, they suggest making a temp. account and then sending the funds to your first account.

I think it's just lack of experience on their end more than anything else. I have no reason to believe anything bad is going on at Fairlay, but I also don't think it's the most professional outfit you'll find either. They haven't really figured out whether to offer true anonymity or not, and as a result, they have some ill-defined and inconsistent policies in place.

The main problem is that they have no license at all! so they can put anything they want in their t&c or not (like they want to record with camera some movie for kyc verification in 4K or with your dog and you have 1 hour to send that...) just anything to not pay and you can't do anything with that! RED FLAG,DO NOT PLAY HERE.

I think you may have hit the nail on the head here.

I recall the very first time I saw the site, soon after it appeared online, it was obvious the creator was not a regular bettor and more likely just a tech geek wanting to create a bitcoin application.

One other thing that struck me was the main bets they were proposing front page were all about when or how Bitcoin would crash in price or disappear. Which seemed like a pretty weird prop to push front page on a site based on bitcoin usage. Not the sort of thing that would inspire confidence in a new person looking into bitcoin.

As far as Betg goes. I think they can ask him for reasonable ID if they think it's needed. This crap about you have 1 hour to send a video sounds questionable though.

I'd agree with Evo that evidence suggests these guys are trying to do a good job but may be lacking knowledge of their target market.

Love to see a rating...its been a while since SBR asked for info and seems like everyone loves fairlay with the instant payouts and great odds...USA players esp its such a valuable site to have access to for straight plays and different wagers that Nitro does not offer like team totals or clean sheets in soccer...lets get a rating please!

Just play if you like and do not spam that they are "best" as they are holding $20k+ of my funds and do not answer to my mails PLUS they are not licensed at all. As shady as it can be, if they want your money they will take them - I am perfect example.

Spam? you are doing that BETG....You are ONLY one ever with issue like this and to be asked KYC.. but u correct that u are perfect example of what not to do in the world of offshore wagering..brought it upon self...Here is a tip...Don't send BTC direct from Dark Web sites and or If asked for KYC DO IT ASAP not wait 3 months and then send fake docs....what did you expect the outcome to be BETG....It's like yesterday when the NIU coach did a fake punt from end zone...Blew up in his face....
    https://www.sportsbookreview.com/spo...-wanted-77005/
But anyway @SBR @Optional why has there been no grade for Fairlay? 1 year ago they posted asking feedback and all but BETG like Fairlay...They pay fast, great odds, only book I know that paid out BTC cash right after fork, take altcoin deposits and withdrawals and every BTC book I know has a grade even ones that are not that popular started with a C.....Lets get a grade and listing so we can start tracking thats what SBR is about

Why do You (so hardly) want to "help" them to get good rating? just play if You are happy... I am telling my story and IMO everyone should withdraw their money ASAP from there.

    This...https://www.sportsbookreview.com/spo...-wanted-77005/

Why? I didn't start this thread...sbr has been sitting on this for year...grade them to inform players and track them like all sites...maybe it goes up or down but at least its documented...right now its a good site minus betg which is highly suspicious use of site by him...rate it who knows maybe harvey weinstein effect and more people with issues come out or maybe more peeps play and enjoy site...thats what sbr is about

I previously said I would avoid Fairlay based on the mixed comments here. But I finally decided to try it with some small stakes. Following is the review I sent to SBR.

I've used the site for a few weeks and don't particularly like it. I really enjoyed Matchbook when I had access to it, and hoped Fairlay would be a good replacement. It isn't.

The deposit went smoothly. I attempted a withdrawal of 50 mBTC and the fee raised that to 50.50. It indicated it was successful, but it never showed up. When I went back to Fairlay the withdrawal had been cancelled and the funds returned to my account. So, I tried again, with the same results. So I checked priority on my 3rd attempt and it worked, with double the fee (total 51.0).

I don't find the site user friendly. Navigation isn't particularly easy. The lines are pretty good, but not outstanding.

Overall, I don't care for the site. I will keep some small amount of funds there and use them occasionally. When I want to make a wager, I'll just keep going to my three primary sites. Fairlay is just too cumbersome and time consuming to use regularly.

good review...you are correct the site is tricky to get around until u get used too took me a while too..on your withdrawals last week all non priority BTC withdrawals where returned due to the network congestion only priority ones where processed and like yours mine was instant as usual...keep us posted with any future comments...
I am in USA and if you need access to matchbook there is a way by using asianconnect they are solid great customer service just sign up as BTC and use VPN...they also have a new betfair cloned site 9wickets plus pinny access too if u like...I have found that matchbook's matchmakers are tied into Fairlay too as prices and races offered on both sites esp on the horses are same....Fairlay is just faster for me to cash out and stays BTC where as through asianconnect they change to EURO for matchbook

Exactly Bsims. The site is not friendly if making multiple wagers. I don't care for the format and removed most of my funds there.
