Good list. Another alternative is to get a Bitpay.com debit card, then you can use BTC to buy anything, anywhere ****'s accepted (so, basically everywhere).

I pay for every single thing in my life, from rent to shopping to going out, with BTC.

PS: Bitpay uses Bitstamp's prices to put dollars on your card, so if you're at a cheaper exchange -- say Bitfinex or Polo -- right now you gain about $100 profit per BTC by cashing out your BTC to your Bitpay card, versus selling it on your own exchange.

Bump. Interesting to look back in time:

    1) Answering this question in 2023, I'm sure the list is shorter. Two companies that I know accept BTC as payment = SDBullion, CheapAir.

    2) One perspective on why this list would be shorter now. Back then (in 2017), I think people were thinking about a replacement for a Credit Card like ****. IE, how can one make a purchase with BTC?

    3) I think the view is now more toward BTC as a store of value. I think holders that see the potential for BTC growth are now much more reluctant to SPEND their Bitcoin.
