Bitcoins in Vegas Casinos ? Vegas experts check in please

Have never been to Vegas but am planning to go, and I think Bitcoin would be a great way to move money... any Vegas experts that can chime in ? I heard some casinos accept bitcoins, but I am wondering if that just means they have bitcoin ATMs

Vegas strippers accept bitcoin. Unsure about anything else.

There is a bitcoin atm in The D and you can use them for non-gambling things (like rooms there and at their sister property Golden Gate) but that is about the extent of it.

I stayed at the Golden Gate one time and asked the check-in lady if anyone had ever paid her in bitcoin. She laughed and said no.

Droopy you are still about ten years too early to the game. Convert the bitcoin to fiat before coming because cash is still king in Vegas.

I believe Golden Gate accepts Bitcoin as payment. No, I don't think they have Bitcoin ATMs. Think you have to put in the code to process.

This is why you wire the money to an account, the casino will be happy to do that for you. Travelers checkes and Cashier's checks also work. Do not attempt to leave the country with a lot of cash, over a certain amount (much much less than 250k) they WILL stop you and seize the money.

    TheD has a bitcoin ATM.
Withdraw fee is not bad, like 2.5%
However, if you buy BTC from it, you take a 10% loss
