    Why would they?

    Most Betfair customers aren't impeded in moving real money around like Americans are and thus there's no need for them to consider getting involved in BTC.

    Use a broker that takes BTC and uses Betfair. Second I do feel that its only a few years off from being accepted across the board. All it takes is one of the big books to start taking and rest will follow suit.

    EFT was denied in USA

    No licensed book can take bitcoin because you have no idea who sent funds or where ti came from

    Has to be legal financial institutions that are regulated
