Maybe not. But I think we just saw a Buyback. Very sharp 1.5% decline in matter of minutes.

S/O to jet blue wifi fellas. I'm back in the game. Unless I've got some spotty connection, I believe we are back. Atleast no 10-20% downturn within an hour like a few weeks ago

I've always wanted to fly once on Jet Blue. Always gets favorable reviews.

    Question:

With how crazy the bitcoin prices are fluctuating, anyone have any advice on how to handle sportsbook withdraws? Wait for a dip to make the request? My book usually takes about a day-sometimes 2, to pay out, don’t wanna withdraw a large amount via btc and watch the price take a nose dive. How have people been handeling these withdraws lately?

Unless you are planning to hold the Bitcoin rather than cashout, then simply getting it in and out as quickly as possible is all you really need to worry about with withdraws.

Unless you need the money ASAP, I'd probably hold off on cashing out to fiat as long as you can. At least until the transfer times have come back to a reliable and reasonable speed so you know you can get it in and out fast.

And if you do want to hold it, waiting for a dip and trying to time it, probably leaves you more at risk of losing than gaining in reality. Given the price has been trending up for so long.

Yeah I probably should’ve added I wanted this to hold. You’re probably right, in the time I wait for a dip the overall value may go up so much that I lose out overall

In short was withdrawing 8k via btc to get more Ltc, iota etc. didn’t want 8k to be .5 btc when I request them 2 days later (time it usually takes bovada to process) be worth .38 btc lol but no way to really know, and since it’s going to be a long term hold, probably just click withdraw and not overthink it

I like your thinking but don't know what you should do. Could be a mad Monday and an opportunity may come for you. Maybe getting your bitcoin into LTC now will turn out to be the more profitable move.

I have it.. they took off the one lounge that I used to access. when I called they told me I could still go their centurion lounge that has just been opened a year or two ago in San Francisco.. only problem was, I don't go out west at all.

Have given several Bitcoin comments on here. Will post one criticism I encountered:

    * Had an opportunity to make a $20 purchase.

When I going to confirm...I see that the attached fee is $6. That's too much.

Based on the hi service fee...what is best alternative coin? Litecoin? How does Ethereum fit into this equation? Good coin? Fast + cheap processing?

BitcoinCash and Litecoin the most likely candidates for micro payments IMHO.

Someone might correct me but I don't think Ether is quite as well designed to handle micro payments fast and cheaply "forever" in the way BCH and LTC are.

Send it through GDAX, there's no fee. Coinbase itself is ripping you off.

Found some anti-BtC comments from JJGold in link above.

That may be all a moribund Bitcoin needs to revive itself. Back to $17000 overnite?

Sit on your btc, throw a little in some alts for the adrenaline rush. Ripple and Cardano for instance. More fun than gambling
