Are fast, easy and think limits are pretty high. But you pay a premium for the service.


If you are happy to use wires to send/receive from your bank account then one of the many foreign licensed exchanges/exchangers may suit you. That's obviously not instant to fund but is instant to get your coins once you have cash in the account and buy some.
