    I keep getting this error message

    verify this wire information, please verify a bank account or sepa account with the same account number, or send an incoming wire from that bank account.

    how do i send a wire from my account to my wallet.

    Site should give you a bank account of theirs to wire into.

    Once you have done a send they will then payout to that same sending account by wire.
